发帖数: 98 | 1 1）WLL discount比较大，个人觉得和它leverage太高，明年的funding gap (big cash
outspending) 比较大有关。银行 covenant ratio对它要求是不大于4X 对公司目前的
状况来讲是一个挑战。像它的peer CLR就好不少，balance sheet 比较强，asset
quality也好些。OAS和WLL有相似的问题，但是能比WLL情况稍微强些。WLL主要是去年
被KOG deal坑了。买在高点上 有借了一大笔债 然后油就崩盘了。觉得如果WLL不能卖
掉midstream assets，可能今年某个时候还要在股市增发。
2）gas/NGL的问题是Marcellus长期产能过剩。天气和季节性的因素比较强。在需求方
面找不到新增长点。加上特别是煤价很低（coal to gas switch)，油价一时不能回到
高点（LNG本来可以作为新的需求增长点，油价已跌又悲剧了）之类的因素，还有这些
新的nat-gas based 需求 对前期投资要求很大，投资回报周期太长。近期就是马上进

在复数国家之间，承受的geopolitical risk最高，最容易捞不回本，问题是，“本”
在P&L里还看不出来，必须去BS和cash flow statements里去拼凑；）。。一旦哪里有
危机，比如今天的智利地震，和上游一样不管三七二十一被funds抛弃，因为中游的危
险是很难衡量的。
反过来讲，政局稳定的时候，赚的最好了，competitors都是自己人（中游一般都是
xxxx partners)，共和党当政就更天时地利人和了 |

就算开始学的是upstream,以后找downstream或者midstream的工作都可以。况且
upstream比downstream长期来看始终是赚钱多的。 |
