Equal Weight from Overweight. The firm downgraded shares due to weaker than

rescheduled its fourth quarter 2013 earnings release from Tuesday, March 4
to Tuesday, March 11, after the close of trading on the NYSE. The Company
will host a conference call to discuss fourth quarter results the following
morning, Wednesday, March 12 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time (9:00 a.m. Central
time). Midstates is delaying the call due to positive developments around
improved financial flexibility. |

发帖数: 2682 | 13 首先说一下，这里用“我狮 v.s. NCAA”是不太严谨的说法，因为告NCAA的其实不是
PSU，但估计大家都能理解。

法律上的事情很复杂，简单总结一下：
1、这个OPINION由宾州COMMONWEALTH COURT发出，不是宾州的最高法院；
2、这个OPINION对NCAA不利，里面主要说了2点：（1）60个MILLION的罚款留在宾州是
CONSTITUTIONAL的；（2）PSU和NCAA签的CONSENT DECREE可能站不住脚。
3、这个OPINION不涉及扇子们比较关注的其他SANCTION以及PATERNO的WIN被罚等事项。
下面一句话摘自OPINION，比较直接的表明法院认为SANDUSKY案件是CRIMINAL CASE，
NCAA无权介入。

发帖数: 878 | 14 第三天，要装车退房，九点半才收拾完上了lift。本来打算先去7th Heaven跟户外大牛
YH介绍从DC来的网友P兄见一面，然后去Whistler一边的harmony、symphony去玩玩儿。
结果一看晚了怕下午天气不好symphony去不了，就先坐p2p去Whistler，电话也打不通
只好放了P兄的鸽子，抱歉了！从Whistler的Roundhouse下到harmony的路比较难搞，打
算找到Rabbit Tracks或者G.S蓝道下去，却怎么也找不到标示。于是就沿着盘山路过去
，估计是Ratfink黑道，娃们下降太快，最后不得不下到一个绿道上，可能是Marmot，
小孩们的单板走了不少路。
上了harmony到顶，发现原来这是Little Whistler Peak小顶峰，而且四通八达，有
pika's traverse绿道回roundhouse，有burnt stew trail绿道转jeff's ode to joy蓝
道去symphony，还可以走后山the saddle蓝道下到Peak Express，从Peak还有一条下到

这个是利器。而且这价格已经到profitable的地步了
推荐家附近有个camera repair shop, e.g, midstate或者h&k。mid state在rhode
Island. hk在加州。
主要问题其实就是hood crack（这是小意思）和focus +13（大问题），所以要修下。
不过这货现在ebay 3500+还是问题不大的。重点是这东西真的是打鸟利器。重量可以全
手持、500mm、成象优秀。 |

我们预定的2月8日举办的单身交友晚宴，原来因为人数一直没定，而且大家还住得比较
分散，很多人又没有车，所以，这几天我们一直想再等等看。昨天我的微信不断地响，
有好几个朋友问我party 的事，我还挺感动的。虽然同时用微信给很多人回复，我还真
有点力不从心。如果没有及时回复到的请大家谅解。我想，其实我们有很多人还是挺想
参加的。可是由于众多现实原因，选择地址真的很难。我们有住费城的，有住新泽西很
北部的，还有来自纽约elmhurst的。总的来说，餐馆选在新洲中部看来还是比较合适的
。如果你知道有哪个餐馆比较合适并提供卡拉OK的话也请告我，我们可以考虑。目前，
我看到有这家在EastBrunswick, 要卡拉OK包间的话他们一般需要2,3十人以上。如果才
有10几位话，周六他们要多加$30, 给了2个半小时。平时weekday说是不用加钱。想听
听大家的意见，也请大家确定你是否能来，尽快告诉我。当然，如果周六天气很不好的
话我们再另行安排。

A Harrisburg woman told police a good number of people were outside Saturday
evening in the area of the 2800 block of Green Street, but nobody came to
her aid when her purse was snatched.
