好象前者贵一些，生活方便些，中国人多些。
后者比较新，便宜些。但是生活方便程度，日后的RESALE问题比较不定。学区好象也不
如前者（GREAT SCHOOLS），但不知道有没有因为是新区的原因。
好象这两个区也有不止一个ZIP CODE，也有好坏之分？ |

带独立卫生间的主卧出租（20平米，租金$550元/月）。租金包括水电气，电视，高速
上网等。房子在于Swift Creek湖边，邮编是23112。
房东为人友善，从事计算机工作。房子目前就房东自己和一个租客（男，有正职工作）
住。房子双车库，路边停车方便，有三个全卫的卫生间 （大部分情况下每人可以有自
己的专用卫生间）。
希望你是男，有正职工作，或有稳定收入来源，为人友善易相处。租客需交一个月押金
，无租期要求。

VA (most Chinese live in Henrico, though many also live in Midlothian), and
you or your car is damaged by potholes or public buses or any public
property.
You can file a claim against the county follow the link below and get
