what LZ means is that not all the people living in downtown area are poor.
it does NOT mean all the people living in downtown are rich
big difference.
Downtown is a not a tiny area. There are some places inside downtown are
for poor people. And there are also some places, many are river front, in
downtown are very expensive and most midclass can not afford it. |
