是carrier collection length shorter than minority carrier diffusion length
这个坑我觉得技术含量不算太大,虽然俺也准备至少灌一篇
我比较同意前面一位的观点
关键问题是用纳米线只是junction变大,其实不影响carrier collection length ,只
是为了这个的话,用texture的薄膜其实完全一样
那么nanowire/microwire的优势又在什么地方?
我不做solarcell所以也不是太懂,如果有牛人不妨给讲解一下
