其实，人类要大规模地靠淡化海水实现淡水自给，基本上就是一个神话。到现在为止，
就连那些富裕而又缺水所以拥有海水淡化最高科技的中东国家都还没有真正实现淡水自
给呢。我上篇文章提到新加坡将在2060年实现淡水自给，原来是错误信息。新加坡过去
曾经计划目标是要在2011年实现海水淡化淡水自给，现在计划的是2060年实现部分淡水
