用了不靠谱的broker,噩梦就开始了。。。
之前种种错误先不提，下星期一就要去title company签字，昨天把hud给我发过来，还
说： i have reviewed everything, they all looked good to me"....我打开一看，
purchase price就是错的！！
问他，丫说是title company没有及时update....虽然现在改过来了，但我还是很不放
心，因为太多的客人，做loan doc的时候说不准选错了哪一项，我的loan就有
contingency了，到时候交了那么多年钱就都打水漂了。。。。
想问问班上的loan broker,这种情况有可能发生么？

The other document he sent to me was called "notes", which includes the
property address, prepaid penalty, loan amount, morgage rate...but I didn't
see term, legal name and vesting...could you elaborate on a bit?
Do you mean if I could ensure things you mentioned above are correct, then
the chance of my loan got messed up is pretty small?

兄弟RHEL 5.6，折腾的快烦死了。
Intel DH67CL，本来声音好好的，装完nvidia的显卡驱动，default声卡变成了nvidia
的，然后我用"system-config-soundcard" 还改不回去？！（root也不行）
试着装REALTEK的linux驱动，报了一堆错，然后...
现在音量控制的按钮也不work了，说是 “no volumn control GStreamer plugins and
/or devices found”.
Google了半天，也没有个好的方法，来LINUX版求助了！

请问如何才能恢复声卡的设置？ 刚装好系统时是正常工作的。
（曾经遇到过一次类似问题，当时重装ADI HD Audio的linux驱动就好了，这次的REALTEK驱动
