you may need to reinstall your SAS. as the message indicates the SAS install
is incomplete or the SAS config file doesn't agree with the install.

我现在有个问题.
就是我翻遍这里有关的版规和涉及的案例,对于Message和Mail中出现
的问题,特别是骚扰没有特别的规定.曾经有个版的管理员给我解释了
其中原因.我也表示了理解.
但是从现在一些事情(包括在TheStrait出现投诉post),最近出现的tb
j的案例中,就有人使用Message和Mail攻击其他ID的情况出现.而且这
样的做法确实是钻了站规和版规的空子.
希望站长,智囊团和各位斑竹是不是能讨论这个问题.
