12月20日，美国司法部宣布对两名受雇于中国政府的黑客提出刑事起诉，同一天，美国
国务卿蓬佩奥和国土安全部部长尼尔森发表联合声明，指责中国违反了2015年达成的双
边终止商业窃密协议。
12月19日，美国总统特朗普签署《西藏旅行对等法》，使其正式成为法律。根据法案的
要求，中国政府必须允许美国记者、外交官和游客不受限制地前往西藏。
12月13日，美国发布新的非洲战略，在当中直指中国以及俄罗斯是美国在非洲大陆的对
手，并且批评中国的“一带一路”政策给非洲带来负面效果。
这不是美国反制中国的开始。更早的时候，10月7日，美国副总统彭斯在哈德逊研究所
发表演讲，他直指中国利用共产主义意识形态渗透美国以及自由民主国家，盗取美国知
识产权，强制技术转让，破坏现有的国际秩序。
彭斯的讲话是中美建交四十年以来，美国主流社会出现过的最激烈的言辞，有媒体把彭
斯这篇演讲喻为美国对中国的宣战书。

投资提供一个公平、可预期的环境。但是，分析人士称，在目前美中经贸关系日渐紧张
的大背景下，中国企业会发现今后在美国投资并购愈发艰难。另有分析人士称，2018年
，随着川普总统对中国能否改善两国的经贸联系失去耐心，美中今年上半年爆发贸易战
的可能性非常大。

Whitney的看法，华尔街即将来到的新一轮大裁员。
在一份研究报告中她预期这一轮的裁员规模是前所未有的。
Whitney认为，在未来的18个月里，随着各大银行在疲软的经济中挣扎，华尔街将裁员

我已经很久很久不发帖了，自从我女儿确诊以后，我就再没有心思在网上发帖和回帖了
。这几天看了一些关于残疾孩子和流产的帖子，我忍不住想说几句我自己的经历，也算
是一种倾诉吧。
我女儿快三岁了，又漂亮又聪明，可是，她不会走路，而且永远也不会。她患有SMA (
Spinal Muscular Atrophy) 。这是一种genetic disorder，由于基因缺失身体无
法制造一种蛋白，严重影响她的运动神经元和所控制的肌肉，导致肌张力低下。SMA是
一种罕见病，发病率仅为万分之一，由于我和我老公都是携带者（我们都不知道，也没
有家族史），我们的孩子有四分之一的几率患病，我的女儿很不幸。
但是幸运的是，我的女儿不是最严重的情况。Type 1，也就是最严重的情况，孩子一般
不会活过两岁。我女儿属于type 2，医生没说能活多久，只是告诉我们，最终依靠仪器
