楼主可能是好意，但一味否定所有外国民间机构，是盲目的。比如说，这个Mercy Corp
，全球慈善机构，已经有人（有名有姓的，Kate Janis）在灾区发送物资，并打算开始
给孩子做心理辅导，这不是很好吗？

的网址，但是好像扯网址的人很少。我前几天看到有人说做明信片或t shirt义卖募捐
的事情，觉得主意不错。但是我留给我们这儿cssa留言，他们没给我回音。
上届募捐怎么做哪？要有收据之类的吧？

透明度是好的，但对效率的预期也要合理。 |

附件还是关于加拿大红十字的，大家可以自己改一改。
附件一个PDF， 一个 WORD file
加拿大红十字会有指定捐给中国地震灾民这一选项，而且收美元信用卡，比较方便老美
捐钱。

初的钱就是通过MERCYCORP捐的，在俄勒冈的一个大机构，明确说了四川专用，购买和
运送到四川的物品后来还发EMAIL通告了的。 |

no one is demanding refund no? no one is asking her to open the book no?
this kind of discussion is necessary. everytime stories like this get blown

I just talked to a representative from MercyCorps
They don't charge anything per se but about 11% of the fund will cover
overhead/administrative costs and 89% will be used on buying food/shelter/
pharmaceutical supplies for the victims. |
