还是同美国red cross（有overhead，有最大额限制）？

我同他们通过电话，如果你指定是给CHINA EARTH QUAKE的，所有的钱就会去中国，没
有什么最高额限制。
同时Mercy Corps 在和Western Union联合，你所捐的每一分钱upto 250,000 Western Union 都会Match, 同时你的公司如果有matching gift program, 你的公司还会match一部分。
网上用CREDIT CARD付的一样有三点几的费用，这是CREDIT公司收费，就像用卡买东西
一样的费用。如果用CHECK，会慢一点，有一LOCK BOX FEE， 就是银行来把钱从ORG运
到银行时的费用，不过不是按每笔收的，是ORG与银行之间的费用，当然了，还是从你
的钱里出了。 |

dollar,但必须捐到501(c)(3) registered entity,我觉得最方便的是mercy corp
international,可以用信用卡,没有费用,而且他们有专门针对sichuan earthquake的

马上有收据，二是是否有tax id等等。可以先捐一笔小的，拿到收据发给hr或者老板，
