比起来，就不好说。一般说起来都说Elmbrook是老牌好区，但是又说Sussex在上升期。
房价上Brookfield比周围的suburb都贵。我们买房的时候也犹豫了半天，最后挑了一个
便宜的。现在也不知道有没有选对。 |

sussex的一些地方。另外一个就是
brookfield房子太旧，新的又修得贼大，简直郁闷。但我又觉得brookfiled比较方便，
学校都说好。由于第2次买房，知道自己要什么，所以很挑剔。现在看着市面的房子都
不想买了。可孩子念叨啊。
听起来你还是在brookfield买的吧？

Menomonee falls商业区很少基本都在交界处，如果不是这样，这个城市治安很麻烦，
离密尔沃基太近了。
Brookfield生活方便，但是犯罪率高些。你为何不考虑mequon，这个学区也很好，还有

1.俺们村房价普遍便宜，比不得弯曲，纽约等大城市。罗医生住在Menomonee Falls,也
不算Milwaukee周边最富的town。他的房子如果真是64万，将近5000尺，在他们那里算
是豪宅了。
2. 对房子不在现任妻子名下这事有些疑问，不知是怎么操作的。我家2014年买房时，
我就没工作，老公一个人贷款，我家房子买卖合同也必须有我的签字，deed也在我们俩
人的名下。所以之前有人说，因为老婆没收入，房子就只能一个名下这个说法不正确，
至少在我们州跟贷款是谁无关。婚后的房子不管谁贷款，默认夫妻共同财产。 |

这里雪倒是多,可惜没有山,曾经美国同事指着个小土丘和我说,那边就是个滑雪场.让我
感慨不已.
找住的地方,看你的公司在哪里了. 大致的原则是milwaukee county除了湖边的,治安不
太好.
北面比如mequon,germantown,menomonee falls
西边比如brookfield,wauwatausa都还不错
南边不好
当然湖边的不错

西边的suburb买房。最开始是想在Brookfield买房，因为听说那个学区好。可是在网上
转了一圈以后，发现满足我们条件的房子都太贵了。所以现在考虑的是周围其他的区，
像New Berlin, Menomonee falls, Sussex 以及Pewaukee。不知道这几个区相对来说怎
么样？
搬来milwaukee 不久，工作的地方中国人又不多，所以到这里来请教了。希望达人们不
吝赐教。 |
