简略说来，从1941年美英两国签署《大西洋宪章》，到1945年旧金山联合国制宪会议，
联合国的成立，在同盟国内部经历了漫长的博弈过程。在这一过程中，1943年莫斯科会
议所签署的《普遍安全宣言》，和1944年的橡树园会议对“一票否决权”的争论，最为

究1950至60年代中朝關係的歷史，邊界問題無論如何是繞不過去的。為此，筆者盡力查
找了中國外交部和有關邊疆省區的檔案、台灣國史館和外交部的檔案，以及韓國學者公
布的相關檔案文件，以期對這個問題有所交代，並做出中國學者的解讀。
