新浪科技讯 北京时间2月8日早间消息，诺基亚(7.66, 0.65, 9.27%)周五宣布，已
经与HTC签订了专利与技术合作协议。在签订这一协议后，两家公司将终止持续多个月
的专利侵权诉讼，而HTC将向诺基亚付费。
此外，两家公司都将可以使用HTC的LTE专利库，并寻求未来的技术合作机会。两家
公司没有公布这一协议的全部细节。
诺基亚首席知识产权官保罗·梅林(Paul Melin)表示：“我们很高兴与HTC达成和
解及合作协议，HTC是诺基亚与标准相关专利的长期授权持有者。”诺基亚于2012年起
诉HTC、RIM(9.83, -0.13, -1.31%)和优派，称这些公司在全球范围内侵犯了其45项专
利。诺基亚的专利覆盖了一系列硬件功能，包括天线、射频和电源管理，以及多种软件
功能，例如多任务、导航、应用商店、保存电子邮件附件、“会话式”消息布局、动态

她爹怒了，规定每读一页要复习要问答
可这多没意思啊？
