加多少才加的到呀。。。。
medchem也不是将小分子连接到大分子， 而是把lead分子改成活性， PK 等等都达标的
分子， 然后临床， 后皮肤了另一成药。。。其实medichem很成熟， 只是很多项目
biology和病理都是不确定的。。。
Pharma的突破在于生物的突破， 如果人们知道抑制一个蛋白就能kill癌症， medichem
一定可以做到, 问题是癌症是生物体有很多方面都出错了。。。
最后， 赚钱才是王道。。。 |

发帖数: 54 | 9 me too approach is to modify a drug and trys to get around the patent
protection. This does not necessaryly mean me too drug is not as good as the
original one, somtimes it is better.Me too drug works with the same
mechanism(target the protein), has similar property and is not a NCE (new
chemical entity)
Medichem is to modify a lead compound, which most ofthen come out of
screening. Lead compound in general is not so active, has probelm with PK
and need a lot more effort. |
