马上办。请问在ERAS里面哪里可以看到ECFMG上传的medical school transcript？
MyERAS里面只看到USMLE transcript和COMPLEX transcript。没有看到哪里可以查看
Medical School transcript的状态。 |

来人指点。本人是美国一般学校EE的硕士，毕业后一直做medical device的工作。先是
在一个小公司做研发，后来在现在的医院做医疗仪器的软件开发，主要服务于
physician和scientist。还比较enjoy自己的工作，pay的不高但是也足够养家了。最进
碰到一个medical physics的resident，他介绍说这个专业前（钱）景很好等等。而且
只要进了resident program，将来肯定有offer。我说你丫是phd，我只是混口饭吃的。
他讲很多program更prefer硕士，因为pay的少。我查了一下，好像我这样的背景想直接
进resident program门槛很高啊。问问医版的人，我这样的是不是根本不靠谱？要是的
话，就不折腾了。多谢！ |

It will take 1-2 weeks for the process to be done. I guess it's the same
amount of time as you upload yourself.
My medical school is not involved with Medical School Web Portal (EMSWP)
ERAS， I still could upload transcript myself.

本人本科是在国内读的，化学，物理，生物都有完成，在寄送成绩单上遇到了问题，
AAMC的官网说是不接受非美国／加拿大以外的成绩单，但是可以在申请系统里输入课程
，GPA也不会被计算。因为化学生物物理很多基础课程都是在本科修的，这样没有成绩
单／GPA会不会影响申请？请过来人支支招，这样的情况该怎么做？先谢过。

看到有当地的招聘广告然后申请的。招聘要求上是高中以上学历，我还是把真实的简历
发过去了，第2天就收到回复，后来知道原因是人员太缺了。在面试之前需要通过打字
测试，好像正确的字数要求大于45/分钟。之后面试半小时左右，主要是关于行为的问
题，如果面对压力的时候怎么办，怎么对待别人的批评，为什么适合这个工作等等。然
后就是讲到工作时间，我申请的是半职，一周2-3天，一天8小时，当时可以选家庭课，
急诊和皮肤科，最后我选择的是家庭科。接下来的几天就是填表，体检，背景调查。然
后就是3周的网上培训，非常简单的医学名称，药品名称，和体检之类的。当时我正复
习CS,觉得和学习的病历书写很相似。 3周通过考试以后就是等待上班通知，考试很简
单基本都95以上。我是等了3周才接到通知上班。第1天先介绍电子病历系统，然后旁观
代教老师怎么写病历，然后第2天就是自己写，代教老师帮着修改，一直到第4天结束，
就开始独立的跟着医生写病历了。到现在我刚开始工作2个月，感受就是还有很大的进

有的信息，但是很多药的具体信息是在label上没有但医生又很想知道的，这个时候就
要靠medical liaison来联络医生，向他们说明这个药的具体情况;因为medical
liaison在药企里面一般是属于Clinical Research部门，不属于sales，所以相当于合
理的钻了一个法律的空子。回到楼主的问题，medical liaison做的工作其实和sales很

What is USML?
Many medical schools state that they accept people for residency with a
background in physics, chemistry, or engineering. A MD degree is not
required. However, they want these people to have some experience with
medical physics.
Also I guess with a MS in medical physics I can apply for a job directly. |

另外，规定还要研究生水平的三门medical physics的课。
估计这个修课就要至少一年。另外，加上abr的medical physicist的推荐信，说明work

很原始的估计，这些计算完全可以用Geant做到很精确。再比如，CT机里的photon
detector还是PMT，所以CT都是无比巨大，现代物理detector大多用闪烁fiber+半导体
的HPT array。整个medical physics的研究都落后于physics.
以后要是有人建个全国性的radiation therapy data center, 你提供MRI/CT图送data
center,这里直接用grid计算dose，on-the-fly修正,可以让这些medical physicist全
部失业。
知是垃圾还得做，要不然会被那些多发了几片PAPERS的人看不起

它部位有影响。这样导致medical device的数据exploratory的部分比较少，常规性的
分析比较多，所以medical device 公司，统计师相对少一些。

发帖数: 2099 | 35 所以你怀疑那个医生改病历，对吧？那你怎么证明你没有改病例？这就回到我说的，
board会对两边的story都考虑一下，尽量做到中立。
board要你的release form除了从对方那里要病历以外，还有一个作用，就是可以把你
孩子的情况，给board找的专家看，看看这个医生是不是做得不对，否则你没有retain
那些专家做为你孩子的医生，他们想拿到并review你的病历，必须有你的release。
我不是太觉得一个医生会随便改病历。因为有规定，凡是后来补充写的东西，必须注明
是late entry，写明是哪天什么时间写的。如果是电子病历，计算机系统直接就有时间
stamp在那里。如果不这么做，会有主观隐瞒之嫌疑。本来negligence每个医生都可能
会出现，即使有行政处罚也都可以承受。主动隐瞒并改病历，这个责任会变得很大。当
然这种改病历的情况有被我们抓住过。上个月我前一个firm，我以前管过的一个案子，
结案1千200万美元。主要的一个问题就是那个医生改病历，然后撒谎说出事以前和好几
个specialists讨论过病情，结果那几个人都否认。慌撒得太大只能越撒越大，但逐渐

，一句话: 不要拿别人的错误来惩罚自己。心平气和才能真正解决问题，在网上争辩没
有用，难道这里有人是medical board committee成员？
我做过多年临床大夫，自己也做过病人，病人家属。临床上我经常遇到生与死的选择，
我的一个小决定可能影响到一个人乃至一个家庭多少年的幸福，每天工作都如履薄冰。
但我知道，我肯定也有做不到一个医生最起码最低标准的时候，病人的结果也不好。如
果我犯错，我承担责任，天经地义没什么可说的。
同时作为病人，以至于病人家属，我也知道你的感受。我妈就有被人误诊的时候。
我妈眼睛突然出现严重畏光，找了眼科大夫说没原因没病因没诊断治疗是人工泪液，只
能换个人说是虫咬，于是60mg激素治疗10天，根本没作用。我自己对眼科不熟，但带状
疱疹眼型，拜老师所赐我还依稀记得，自己不是这个科的当然我不确定，所以再换大夫
，这一次，人家一眼就说这是shingle，抗病毒药滴眼，第二天就明显好转，最后那个
大夫还说，如果用这个萤光药第一次看病就应该能很容易看到。那么之前几个人都怎么

是觉得自己用英文的client communication skill和medical record方面有很大的欠缺
。现在正在联系工作医院给我安排speech training。但是同时也想上来问问大家，对
这方面有没有什么更直接的经验或者好用的CE课程，甚至好用的medical record
grammar correction的软件。

零花钱
通常说的medical physics分两大块，主要是radiation therapy 和 diagnostic
imaging，radiation therapy占多数，pay得也比imaging多个三四万，比较popular，
不过我的background在imaging这边。therapy的工资据说在12到18万间，imaging的工
资据说在10-15万间
现在招medical physics都require ABR certify或者eligible for certification，
ABR certify要求你在campep accredit的graduate program修课，在campep acredit的
residency program里训练，然后才能参加ABR的certification考试，说白了就是人为
设置门槛，抬价

通常说的medical physics分两大块，主要是radiation therapy 和 diagnostic
imaging，radiation therapy占多数，pay得也比imaging多个三四万，比较popular，
不过我的background在imaging这边。therapy的工资据说在12到18万间，imaging的工
资据说在10-15万间
现在招medical physics都require ABR certify或者eligible for certification，
ABR certify要求你在campep accredit的graduate program修课，在campep acredit的
residency program里训练，然后才能参加ABR的certification考试，说白了就是人为

the next couple of years in regards to over-the-counter medication (
including aspirin, cough drops, coughing medicine, rubbing alcohol, nasal
sprays, etc).
Today, Dec 31, is the last day to use HSA on over-the-counter medications.
After today, you have to have a prescription to use any HSA on these
medications (though you can still use it on bandages, crutches, etc.
