杨卫个人简介

杨卫个人简介

发帖数: 472 | 17 当然这是非常牛的工作. 但是类似级别的在结构领域多得是.而且未来会更多。
重要的信号分子和complex太多了 每年都会有重要结构发表，比如mechanica channel
，thermal sensor. 还有complex 也多的是. 氧化呼吸链 光合作用链的complex DNA
RNA poll.
如果iig能拿nobel，结构领域的人还不得拿nobel拿到手软。

我工作两年多, 为了先是为了半H1-b 跳,再是为了办绿卡跳, 最喜欢第一个工作了,
经费用不完, 不管订什么东西都是overnight, 车间里有5轴机床, 也又braker, 基本
炊寄茏约鹤 technitians是退伍军人, 做事很认真还老是讲故事, 可惜是军工企业.
后来帮台湾人做电子产品的包装.
到现在又回到夕阳行业, 就是为了个绿卡啊. 公司里5个机械工程师 只有2个有学位.

analysis 都是大公司找, 好多都不办绿卡的. 兄弟如果知道什么公司办, 请多指
现在design 重要的feature都要analysis一把的. 还有concept design 的时候也是.
不过大多象pro mechanica 就够了.

什么都是靠自己学的. 说实在的, 很羡慕那些做的东西和学的东西一样的人, 那才叫
一帆风顺啊, 感觉大多数人没有这个命啊.

有经验的机械工程师工资还是可以的, 但是凤毛麟角啊

contact problem, prp/mechanica is enough. |

。我需要给出比较具体的公式，而不能只简单的说p-element是改变edge的polynomial
oreder。我只知道通常用得FEA (h-element)的一些皮毛，找了Babuska的the p-
versiton of the finite element method，根本看不懂。有没有相对简单易懂的介绍p
-element的文章？就象一般有限元教材里用Truss System做例子这样直白的？先谢谢了
