发帖数: 925 | 11 年底lease到期，目前正在超级认真地考虑买房中。。
目前锁定2个区：西温莎(west windsor)与含德(holmdel)。
实地考察过很多次，这二个区都很喜欢。
我比较关注生活质量，比如livingston虽然老中不少，但感觉社区环境有些蓝领、
livingston mall里各种黑墨三再加上肥又凶的meathead白人让人感觉很不舒服、还不
如NewPort Mall。比起WW与Holmdel，livingston的街道比较旧而窄、而且很多住户不
知道为啥都把车停在家门口Curb上（听说不允许停过夜？）。而WW与Holmdel的街道干
净宽大、而且路边基本没有人停车。
（纯个人感想，如有得罪住livingston的版友的话请多多包涵！！）
所以livingston就排除了。
WW通勤主要靠火车，princeton junction 站貌似很拥挤火爆、不逊于Newark Penn。。
Holmdel除了有火车，还有Ferry和Bus，通勤方式很多、不会觉得枯燥。
但是呢，WW的学区是10/10/10，而Holmdel的学区似乎只有9/9/9 ?

有人对一胆二力三功夫理解就是， 胆量第一，气力第二， 功夫是排在第三位的
似乎如果有了胆量和力气（比方说一个meathead）就能轻易制服一个有功夫
但是胆量和力气占下风的人
我觉得这样的理解是有点偏颇的， 如果是讲武术的，那为啥第一二条可以和武术无关哪
所以我觉得可能应该这样来理解这句俗语，
1. 胆在成语中很多时候和心用在一起，
忠心赤胆， 吊胆提心， 等， 这我觉得可以理解为-心在某种程度上通过胆来控制
身体对外界的反应的。。。。这样来说， 胆其实是 “应变”， 不能应变， 其他都是
假的， 应变快， 省很多事
2。 力不光是气力， 更多指的是功力， 就是基本功， 这个就不多说了， 基本功扎
实和不扎实就是2寸，不扎实， 拳脚缺2寸， 对方没到， 自己就倒了
3. 功夫， 技法的多样性， 腾挪+拳脚相加
如果按照我的解释， 这三种应该是相辅相成的， 没有那个重要次重要， 到时候缺一
不可
