材料：
1、鸡大腿7只
2、芝士片7片
3、小南瓜1个，去皮切块
4、香葱2根，切段
5、蒜蓉、生抽、老抽、蚝油、盐、辣椒粉、黑胡椒粉、料酒、蜂蜜
做法：
1、南瓜去皮切块后用微波炉叮10分钟左右，用勺子压成泥，加入少许盐和黑胡椒粉
2、鸡腿去骨，用材料（5）中除了蜂蜜以外的所有调料拌匀，腌制半小时
3、铺一层锡纸，把鸡腿皮朝下摊开，铺一层cheese，抹一层南瓜泥，放两根葱段，卷
起来，再用锡纸包紧，两头拧紧，放入烤盘
4、烤箱预热华氏400°F，烤20分钟
5、拿出来把锡纸打开，在鸡腿卷表面刷一层蜂蜜，继续烤10分钟出炉 |
