Some people become happier by following a teacher, practising some kind of
meditation, but there is no real depth in that. Some people are just looking
for a difference, a change. They grab at anything — Tibetan, Zen, Yoga,
Southern Buddhism, etc.
People like to be deceived. It is hard to make them let go of a false idea
they are clinging to. They get really upset when you say something that
threatens their pet ideas (dreams, fantasies, etc.).

The xHCI (USB 3.0) host controller driver and initial support for USB 3.0
devices is now publicly available on my kernel.org git tree. Greg K-H has
queued the patches for 2.6.31, so Linux users should have official USB 3.0
support around September 2009. This is impeccable timing, since NEC recently
announced they'll be producing 1 million xHCI PCI express add-in cards in

to get splenocyte from spleen by gentlMACS without enzyme treatment. A very
simple protocol, just put spleen into the PEB buffer and let gentleMACS run
m_spleen_01 program once, and filter, spin, aspirate, resuspend the pellet.

反应一会儿，再用水一冲，就干净了。冲完以后，也没戴手套，把下面垫的破报纸
拿起来，攥了攥，扔到垃圾桶。过了一会儿，觉得右边耳朵里面有一点疼，一阵一
阵的，同时发现右手肿了，明显比左手大一圈。今天早上起来好了一点，耳朵不怎
么疼了，可是右手还是肿着。

天空这样大，有谁规定我们必须遵守的committment就是做一个奴隶，labor工，大好年
华为了所谓的research, 和一份将来并不光明的前途。人生早作决断，不必相信什末所
谓faculty说得给同行写信灭掉你，找工作不给你reference，你可以直接告诉招聘的人
，你的老板是个asshole，别人可以理解的,别的教授，你的同学,三个reference就能保
证你找到工作，甚至，有时候，如果工作想要你，包括大公司，reference就是过场。
作faculty其实很可怜，他们没成大牛前，装孙子跟大牛搞好关系，想方设法拿funding

抛砖引玉。
由于碳捕集技术还不成熟，对于前景，我觉得可以和脱硫脱氮做比较。脱硫脱氮刚开始
的时候成本很高，技术向多方向发展，最后大规模工业化应用的也只有少数几种技术（
<10)。这两项技术现在已经很成熟，但是运行成本依旧相当高，主流的石灰石－石膏法
大概是一度电1～2分（人民币）左右，一个20万机组的电厂，一年的运行成本达到2000
万左右。脱氮的成本还有稍高一点。这个原因导致不少脱硫脱氮项目阻力很大。国内前
几年的这两项技术需求量倒是指数上扬，在美国到了90年代左右，大多数的脱硫公司都
开始向海外转移。碳捕集现在的研究也主要在湿法捕集(MEA为主)，与脱硫类似，但是
目前的运行成本比脱硫要高出一个数量级，大概30％左右的电厂发电量要拿来做碳捕集
使用。因为这个原因，我很怀疑碳捕集工业实施的可行性。据我所知，alston宣称要在

-I would assume that the blood pressure will be the endpoint. In clinical
trials, people are often interested in the change from baseline to the end
of treatment period (often very short period such as 4 weeks, or 8 weeks)in
