一、 前言

睹，任其泛滥，甚至包庇纵容，等等。
不过，在中国，对学术腐败现象的讨论和揭露目前主要停留在互联网上。在社会上
，中国的一般民众对学术腐败现象几乎一无所知，或不甚关心。在大学，在科研机构，
尽管人们承认学术腐败的存在，但对它的严重程度却看法截然不同。在中国的常规媒体
上，讨论学术腐败问题的文章和报道充其量也就是零星的，表面的。而中国的政府部门
至今未对学术腐败问题表明自己的态度，或者采取什么具体措施来进行 |

标 题: 关于买bad ESN刷机和用donor phone换ESN的潜在问题

刚看到PDA有版友在CL上买2手手机，后来原机主报失被blacklist，导致在T-Mobile和
AT&T都无法入网。想到Prepaid可能有版友买过bad ESN的Sprint手机然后刷机到P+，所
以来提醒下。
今年11月30前Sprint和Verizon两家也会把自己的数据库加到这个联合数据库来。买bad
ESN的Sprint手机然后刷机到PagePlus的，或者买bad ESN的global phone但是解锁GSM
卡槽用T-mobile或者ATT的到时候也可能会被封。买bad ESN然后刷到USCellular,
MetroPCS或者Cricket这些小运营商的可能能多用一段时间。因为Regional carrier可

去年底取消了 R+ 服务（因为要加钱）。
现在 Tello activation问题多多。
reset 多次，还是不行, manually
update MDN/MSID, 也不行。
这个电话不知怎么没办法 加 APN, APN那个 UI
都是 read only. "+", "Reset" 都是 disabled.
过去上 R+ 时，根本没做这些（add APN 之类的）。
看来 R+ 的软件做的真是好太多了。
打了 Tello 电话, 他们 file a case. 说要等
24 小时才会有结果。
这里有没有人成功地在 tello 用上 三星 S5的 ? |

I doubt that they could help on this issue because it is related to your
phone. To update your dumb phone's prl, you need to change the mdn and msl
numbers of your phone, which requires you to dial a special CODE to access
the nam setting from where you can change msid and msl.
I Googled the information and successfully updated my virgin dumb phone.

for example, if you MSL is 123456
then you dial ##123456#
拨完后会有一个窗口跳出来，Choose "Edit"

1D4的斧子。hehe。flush。
魔法也是只能用一次用完就得再去背。当mage真难呀。总要估计一下那个怪物值不值得用
