May we contact your present employer? Are they aware of this application?
请问这可以写No吗？在HR看来是不是不太好呢？
我的present employer是phd老板。他放我毕业了，答辩定在五月底。但是由于以前种
种事情，我已经对他失去了80%的信任。
我会请committee和本实验室的scientist来当我的reference，他们都是德高望重的老
头，几年来对我印象一直都很好。所以老板不会是我的reference。在这样的情况下，
我很犹豫是否可以拒绝公司联系现老板？

刷版，真的一点没心思做课题，实实在地感觉到所有的一切是在上帝的手中，批与不批
，何时批，其实都是看他老人家的意思。
一年前从来没想过自己有资格申请绿卡，更没想到自己有资格当上几个杂志的编辑，我
的140在回复的第7日，在大家的BLESS下神奇获批。当发现CASE是在刘LAW当月的第7
个CASE后，真的有些SHOCK，一直在想，这或许真的是上帝的手在帮忙。
最近写文章写得头疼，又看到TSC一个月时间里485只前进两天，看来离绿至少还有一月

DOS is too conservative on the cut-off date and visa numbers wastage may occur.

-485 pending inventory, demand is very low at around 15,000. The annual
quota for EB3 ROW is over 30,000. However, since visas are assigned
quarterly, they may have already approved a high number of applications in
the last 6 months in FY 2014 in this category. Hence they may stop moving
dates forward in the next few months.
Dates for EB3 China and EB3 Mexico should continue to be same as EB3 ROW.

Just got Germany, heard that there would be police checking tickets on the
tube.If you do not have a ticket when he's checking, you will have to pay 40
Euro fine.
Usually when would these guys appear? For example, are they more likely to
show up at day time than night? Are they more likely to show up at downtown
than outside the city?
