On April 5th, the Apt (landlord) drops the price to $795/month. I know it

My lease says that "Executed on March 14th", and "Effective from May 1st".

大选年不这样做(这个属于sell in may定理的二阶修正)
这个和HQ定律共同的优点是可以证伪, 或者说得到一个统计结果.
如果对的时候多,就有意义.
举两个例子和大家分享一下:
1.大家都知道托勒密是搞地心说的,
可是一般人不知道托勒密当年地心说搞得多么彪悍.
本轮上面加均轮, 用地心说加上各种轨道.解释了几乎所有的观测现象.
但是本质是错的.
这个被物理上称作fitting the elephant.
典故是一个笑话, 要是允许我用五个参数, 我连大象都能给你拟合出来.
说的就是参数太多, 修正再修正,渐渐地就没有指导意义了.
HQ和sell in may搞个一阶修正还可以.
2.弗洛伊德的精神分析讲的太模糊了,所以也没啥指导意义.

建的而且都围绕小镇的中心，Washington Street Mall，并且离海边很近。一般这种
inn都会免费提供自行车。cape may 很小的，自行车最方便了。inn一般$100多。
cape may 没啥特别好玩的，就是一个靠海边的安静安全的小镇，适合休闲游。头一天
最好早点到，下午在旅馆喝喝咖啡或茶，感叹一下人生，到海边看看，再骑车逛逛小镇
，晚上找个好点的餐馆吃一顿。第二天拍屁股走路。
到delaware，可以乘cape may - lewes 轮渡到delaware的lewes. 可以上网查轮渡时间
表，整个行程约80分钟。价钱有点贵，两个人一辆车$48. |

以前camping都是在荒郊野外的，第一次去这种旅游城市的 family campground，去了
才发现大家的帐篷都是8人，10人的成吉思汗大帐那种，我可怜的half dome2就像大树
下面长出来的蘑菇。这大概也是有史以来最腐败的camping了，每天早上起来煎鸡蛋，
煮粥，中午去海鲜店搞一堆螃蟹慢慢剥，晚上在篝火上烤牛仔骨，喝着啤酒吃，回来之
后一过秤重了5磅，看看板上前猪的路倒加减肥10磅，真是汗颜啊。
看鸟的计划自然是大部分泡汤了，在腐败中见缝插针的去了几次cape may point，今年
天暖，秋季migration还没开始，鸟情很slow。不过Cape May动物园倒是给我一个惊喜
，免费动物园能做到这个程度还真是很难得了，难怪是tripadvisor全美排名第4，去了
2次，不虚此行。
先上最喜欢的，今年4月份才出生的双胞胎小雪豹，动物园镇园之宝
4个月的小家伙已经很活泼了，天气有点热，所以老是张着嘴

Apple Inc. (AAPL) may face logistical problems and supply shortages for components of its iPad 2 tablet after the March 11 earthquake and tsunami in Japan, according to IHS iSuppli.

From Dec 30 to May 14, these big 4 had very similar trends.
However, interesting to notice that since May 15, the trend divergenced. BP and Shell up while XOM and CVX down.
Is this because of USD rate fluction?
It's more interesting to see their comparison on 1-yr, 2-yr and 5-yr charts.
