6w. 当然它后来上市了还算结果比较好的，但是这么多年的低工资，那点股票都不知道
够不够补偿那个的。大公司给的慷慨多了，先攒攒经验，再跳小公司，境况会好很多。
本来这些小公司能做成的可能性也不大。行业成熟，小公司产业链不完善，cost高，一
个产品不成功就是致命的。 |

发帖数: 3417 | 22 在楼主的list里倒数第一而已，比这低的还有很多，比如MaxLinear之类的。
另外就是一个公司每年的评价都有些变化，有的公司评价本身比较少，可能会biased.
总的来说glassdoor上的数据还是基本可靠的，缺点就是往往样本不足。Xilinx待遇
不错，不过前一段时间公司大换血，很多员工抱怨很多。里面印度人也很dominant。
总体上说FPGA这几年还是很好混的, margin很高。 |
