发帖数: 3910 | 1 昨天因为乳腺炎（mastitis）去了诊所的walk-in clinic，当时左边乳房肿了大半个，
肿到皮肤发红发热、绷得发亮的程度。从不疼到这样也就是1天半的时间。现在虽然肿
块还在但是已经小了很多，并且感觉不到疼痛了。很多姐妹们给了很好的建议，我在这
儿总结一下回馈大家吧。这篇就讲mastitis发生以后24小时内的紧急处理办法吧，长期
抗战的经验我还没有。
教训：急性乳腺炎 （acute mastitis）是怎么发生的
1、sore nipple很早就发现乳头总是发硬，对刺激很敏感（衣服摩擦等），但是没有在
意。宝宝吸奶的时候很疼，当时觉得宝宝不乖，latch on的时候只含住了乳头。其实有
的时候宝宝比你更早地感觉到你的乳头的变化，所以，如果宝宝latch on的时候嘴巴张
得很小大家要提高警惕了。
2、bad feeding experience宝宝吸左边的时候总是不老实，吸一会儿就不肯吸。其实
那时候已经开始堵奶了，奶水let down比较困难，我没有感觉到而已。
3、lilypadz 我漏奶比较严重，晚上嫌戴nursing bra睡觉不舒服，前几天戴着

You can taste the milk. If it is salty, it is an indication that there's some infection (mastitis). Usually the milk gets salty before the fever which is a typical symptom of mastitis. Just be extremely careful - mastitis is very painful and it is critical to remove the lump as soon as possible. |

Try some Keflex, you can get it from Walgreens or CVS.
I had terrible terrible mastitis twice and Keflex works for me.

我说我的症状有一点符合yeast infection。她说就是叫mastitis，她没有看到
所以我一度以为mastitis和thrush是同一个东西。不过除了疼，没有红肿和水泡。
你用的是lotromin吗？我有点不敢把这个用在nipple上……
现在怀疑我是对lanolin过敏。停了lanolin两天，就一直没有针扎一样的疼痛。
我们家那位鼓励我再涂一次lanolin作为实验，我没那个勇气…… |

在月子里还是要勤泵。我因为偷懒赌了好几次，结果mastitis又痛又发烧。
很巧合的是每次mastitis前一天都是胸喂了，所以我妈就禁止我胸喂了555555
但是出了月子就慢慢好起来，我是在宝宝一个半月后开始慢慢延长泵奶时间的。
现在宝宝3个月，每天只用泵4－5次。 |

mastitis了，天亮立刻打电话给OB，医生正好on call，让我立刻去见她。开了2周的抗
生素，每六个小时吃一次，还要坚持泵奶热敷。说24小时就会立刻好转，如果没有好转
再联系她。还说mastitis及时吃药很关键，所以才会立刻见我。MM你要是不是发烧很难
受，可以撑到明早，见医生也就是要个处方而已。你搜搜以前的帖子，前几天有个很详

今年1月底，乳房剧痛 红肿，然后有肿块。很大。等约到医生做超声波就是2月中了，
但是当时肿块已经没有了。
等了1－2个月好像又有肿块，5月突然我觉得摸到很大一个（5cm 多）肿块，做了超声
波，医生 ""quite vascular, hypoechoic colletion, and more suspicious for
infection" STILL 建议biopsy。
biopsy pathology test 结果是 diagnosis is granulomatous mastitis.

然后医生让我等他自己好。
等到10月份还是没有消，我就要pcp给我看了specialist

mastitis，唯一办法是停止喂奶。但好在那次的医生有经验，给我做了两个culture，
就是取些奶化验，看看细菌的类型。结果发现引起我的乳腺炎的细菌对penicillin有抵
抗力，所以前两次用的抗生素都没有完全杀死细菌。那次医生换了一种抗生素，我也再
也没有得乳腺炎，一直全母乳，宝宝快七个月了。所以建议mm和医生沟通一下，做个细
菌培养，也许能够根治。 |

前天上午出去换驾照，回来以后就开始觉得全身发冷。
到了下午5点，一侧体温39了。
来美国6年了还没发烧过，根本没想到自己会发烧。
我妈就以为是我早上出去冻着了，吃了退烧药
做了热面汤，盖了3床棉被还有帽子
让我出汗，我出了一身臭汗哪~那叫一个难受。。。
还不让减被子，我在里面就开始给自己搓泥了。。。（SHY)
晚上倒是退了一下37度多。就睡觉了。
结果半夜2点多一侧，体温又回升了。
就跑去了急诊，被诊断为乳腺炎MASTITIS
这时候才发现左边乳房下方有一块都红了，
我其实从2天前就感觉到隐隐作痛，
还以为是胀奶。
开了消炎药让吃7天。
当天回到家里，遵照我妈意见，说发烧抵抗力差，更不能受凉
我在家也穿着毛衣，还有大棉衣。
结果到下午一侧体温（腋下），都39.5了。
吓得我赶紧给自己OB电话，人家说你要赶紧去急诊
到了急诊，护士看见我裹得那么严实，就训了我，
命令我脱了外套，帽子，围巾和毛衣。
然后测口温，其实只有101F也就是38度多
看来我在家的快40度都是被自己给悟出来的！！

是裂血口子才算。然后宝宝就特别不喜欢吃左边，每次都扭来扭去。泵的话也只能泵
1oz多，顶多2oz，还以为宝宝不吃所以产量小了呢。后来发现左胸有小硬块，继续天真
地以为是宝宝没有吸完所以奶还是硬的。前天宝宝饭量忽然变小，小硬块就变成了大硬
块，我还是没管，到昨天大硬块成了占半边乳房的硬块，并且疼，这才开始热敷和勤泵
，没什么效果。昨晚疼得没睡几个小时，半夜喂完奶拍咯的时候宝宝在怀里蹬了一下疼
得我直冒冷汗。今天早上发现硬块边缘开始有黄豆大小的颗粒了，只好去周日的walk-
in诊所，医生直接说是mastitis，开了抗生素（我还对青霉素过敏，开的另一种药），
并且让我堵奶的一边勤上热敷勤泵，泵出来的奶不要给孩子吃了，胸喂另一边。回来又
热敷+泵了1个小时，泵完当时舒服一些，过上几分钟就又疼上了，并且肿块也没有变小
，顶多没变大而已。
现在左胸还是很痛，更伤心的是不能保证孩子全母乳了，虽然小人儿（7周零2天）吃奶
瓶也没什么意见，但是我有点难过。也不能抱孩子了，孩子姥姥和老公要辛苦了。 |

for that. You can still breast feed while on the medicine. Hot shower and
heating pad is fine, other than that, leave your breast along, it will make
it hurts even more. Don't feet your baby the bad side, only the one doesn't

你的Mastitis不知道是怎么manage 的。 抗生素治疗是否有效还是有点效，是否和医生
商量过排除了耐药菌的问题，或者乳房其他问题。
急性发作期间，是否用Pump Emty了乳房？ 这个Empty对于治疗非常重要的。

从那以后在也没有发炎过。
我家月嫂阿姨给我鲫鱼顿木瓜（一定要吃带皮的青木瓜）和猪脚青木瓜汤， 效果很多

保护的油脂，所以洗澡的时候不要在乳房打肥皂去油脂。羊油主要是饱和脂肪酸，还容
易加重堵奶，真要用油不如用食用橄榄油，也不用洗。
Mastitis和thrush不同，前者是细菌感染，可以用抗生素治。后者是真菌感染，抗生素
容易导致thrush。我没有用过lomotrin，没有任何用处方药，做足研究后，用的是天然
食疗法，无糖低碳水化合物饮食，加上抑制真菌的食物或补品，包括益生菌（
probiotics)，kefir（一种含有多种益生菌的酸奶），coconut oil，grapefruit
juice extract。医生不是万能的，我看了好几个ob, lactation consultant, 甚至
breast specialist，因为症状不明显，所以没人帮我找出病因。希望你的情况不是
thrush，如果有什么问题的话可以给我发信。 |

很多牛奶生产商为了提高产量，都给牛用一种激素，但这种激素在牛奶中的残留对人体

右边 rf plugged duct， 并且发红，不是感染，所以医院不看偶，就给了一些建议
是不是使劲摸摸到 rf里有个小 lump就是堵塞的奶管呢？偶为什么怎么揉都揉不开呢，
怎么办，好难受啊
网上有文章还说这种 plugged duct mastitis 要 nurse at least every two hours..
..要这么勤？
有没有麻麻有同样的经历

mastitis是要有很紅很紅的血絲，特別疼，而且發燒。
請教了減產，說最好慢慢來。
還有小娃一個月檢查，兒醫說凍奶是好事。
現在拿一包凍奶給他吃，如果沒問題，他以後也會吃的。
所以我不打算減產了。還是4－5小時泵一次吧。 |
