Actually I do not get why is there so many complaints...
1) There is another ending of combining synthetic and biological lifeform
2) I hear if you satisfy enough war rating, sheppard does not die even for
destroy ending
3) My understanding is that the catalyst is not really the child that died
at the begining, but the catalyst choose to appear to you in that form. (
Since the child made a deep impression on you)

比如MOH，Mass Effect， DAO，dead space这些都是投资出来的不错原创。比如近期的
shadow of the damned，也是很大胆的投资。
主要问题出在他们捧起来一个系列后，就开始狂量产榨取回报，导致续作质量下滑。不
过比动视还是强不少的，动视除了COD也投资了不少游戏，基本都是石沉大海了。然后
暴雪根本不鸟那个钻钱屁眼里面的老总，一个游戏拖好几年。 |

话无数慢得要死的KOTOR这种streamline成Mass Effect这样的动作片。当然后来续作们

War1，2，3，非常喜欢。打算过两天把Mass Effect1,2搞二手的过来先玩，玩完再玩3
。最近还入了Halo4,之前只打过Halo1和Halo Reach，什么时候也要把2，3搞过来。这
种游戏还是要一个系列玩起来才有代入感~可惜还要看书学习，游戏时间太少了。。。 |

do similiar stuff. I'm reading the relating papers. As far as I know, there
are even non-gel based method to do this kind of stuff. You ignored how
powerful mass spectrometer can do nowadays. There are tons of ways to
identified phosphoproteomics and one of the simple one is to detech whether
there's a ion that lost 98 m/z or 49 for doubly-charged or 33 for
triply-charged ions. Anyway, read some reviews on phosphoprote |

see the loss of phosphate group easily. The phosphate group on
the Tyr residue is really stable. However, this phenomenon is
true for pT and pS peptides because they are much less stable.
Mass Spec is really powerful, but it can't do everything, even
though I am a MS person and I really hope it is that powerful.:) |

why some peptide fragments follow amino acids other than K and R in the
result file? and the same fragment appears more then once. are those
fragments real?
