mason-dixon line以北，白牛普遍较差，腿粗，说话粗俗。但是聪明一些，能干各种脏
累话， 肯搬家挪窝
mason-dixon line以南，桃花园美人窝，腿普遍长细，说话清风细语，虽然智力不怎么
样，但是持家没问题，就是不肯搬家挪窝，哈哈。好像离开南方就出国了啥朋友亲戚都
没了私的

这周末天气不错，我想召集大伙儿去俺心仪已久的美森湖Mason Lake，不仅有适合家庭
的线路，而且有段落可供单身小青年们一显身手的比较有挑战性的分支线路。我准备周
日下午去，大概2点半从trailhead出发。去那里需要买国家森林公园的day pass停车，
好像是5块钱，可以在52口买，别处也应该有买不过我不清楚，我有NPS的年票可以通行
。不带pass好像问题也不大。
注意！！快到山脊附近500尺左右内都有雪，这个是阳面缓坡没有雪崩危险，但下到湖边估计都
是雪，我们打算坐滑，所以需要穿防水的鞋子和裤子！

School]这本书接触到Charlotte Mason的教育理念，感觉耳目一新。让我重新思考究竟
什么是教育，教育的目的是什么。
Charlotte Mason 是十九世纪末二十世纪初的英国教育家。随着美国homeschooling运
动的兴起，她的与众不同的教育理念被重新“发现”，被许多private homeschool和
private school 采用。我个人觉得，她的教育理念，原则是放之四海皆准。，不管孩
子上的是公立，私立，或家庭学校，作父母的都能从她的理念原则中获益。
Charlotte Mason 在她的著作和她的学校里， 对孩子的人格表现极大的尊重，但是决
不是现代那种廉价的self-esteem. 下面的link是一个很简短的总结。

中似乎都很不错。0-5年的房子，3000 sq ft左右的，外观看起来非常漂亮的，放在很
多地方都算1 M豪宅了，在这里竟然不到$100/sq ft！比起很多偏僻的农村还便宜！这
是为什么呢？个人觉得Mason还是很不错的地方，怎么房子会这么不值钱？是近几年降

是我的宝宝就快2岁了，不知道以后学区会是个大问题吗？现在还有机会退出的。我的
房屋代理说，west chester学区其实也没那么差。不知道有没有朋友，是住在West
Chester的，能交流一下吗？站内也行。现在知道的，大部分都在Mason,有的甚至考虑
往城里搬，就是为了好学区。或者，能不能等孩子大一些，到中学再换房子呢？
