用个塑料袋包一团,然后开个小洞,往缝上挤
用手指抹平,湿润手指用水
弄完一边,在没有完全干的情况下提起撕掉masking tape,不要等干了撕
用洗碗的海绵擦掉多余的,对于缝用力要轻,因为不要擦掉里面的灰,对于墙稍微更用力,
因为要擦掉上面的灰
注意频繁干净清洗海绵,拧干了再去擦灰
板子和板子间的2毫米以下的缝也可以用spackling
干了之后用砂纸磨平,用个圆木棍,卷上砂纸,横着打磨,然后补漆

我假定你只刷内墙且你的墙面总体是平整的。你要先知道墙面的总面积（墙和天花板分
别是多少面积），注意减去trim、窗户和门的面积。有的房间会有大面积的trim和
molding，刷不刷会有挺大影响。有细节的Trim刷起来和墙体不大一样，会比较费时间
。天花板的话，平的和有texture刷起来也不同。
先按面积估算材料钱（1 gallon ~= 300 sq.ft. of semi-smooth surface)。记得要算
primer和油漆。要决定是刷一遍还是两遍。
下一个是墙面的质量，有多少破损？期望的修补程度如何？有的油漆工只作主要的修补
，相对不明显的可能不补，你如果不特别要求的话。有时干墙接缝处开裂要重新tape或
mud。这些都影响难度系数。工作项目大概是0)protect 1)sand 2)patch (1~2 pass) 3
)sand patches 4)mask (optional) 5)prime and 6) paint

个小总结虽然可能信息量不大，还是写出来吧，希望能给其他也想打softball的家长做
参考。
首先，这个队的教练非常好。他自己打baseball12年，而且非常聪明，有很多小游戏可
以把整个队带动起来。训练比赛之后很有几个孩子不想走，还要在一起玩一玩。教练有
时会给她们讲一些深一点的策略，和教她们一些大孩子的技术，比如steal base等等。
这样小孩子就很喜欢并且很盼望参加这个训练。有一次，我完全忘记了练习时间，还是
小孩子自己惦记着提醒我的。
这次分队不知为什么实力悬殊很大，我们队有4-5个新人，可能没有想到竟然都打得还
不错。结果一直是比分很悬殊的赢，没有任何变化。一共12棒，前5，6棒都是可能打
double的强棒。中间的几棒也经常可以上垒，只有最后2棒稍弱。所以比赛没有什么对
抗性。不过小女孩们玩得还是挺高兴的。不打的就一起说说唱唱当拉拉队。我觉得这个
运动在这个年纪真适合不想玩激烈运动的孩子。又有趣，又得到了锻炼，还可以接交新
