要到美国了，还没有驾照。据说maryland笔试以后要等半年才能路试。这样太不方便了。
我可以在加拿大很快过笔试拿到Ｌ驾照，也可以考路考拿到7级驾照。
不知道哪种strategy比较好。 |

我跟这个公司没有一点关系，只是在那里买过两个float的oyster，老板是美国人，人
也挺好的，他给我宣传单，叫我帮忙做做广告。250刀买一个float，大概有十几二十打
的large的oyster，我第一次买的时候拿了至少18打，都是最新鲜的oyster。如果你有
交maryland的state tax，可以做refund，也就是免费。当然6%的消费税是要给的。每
年每人最多可做500刀的refund。我的oyster有点吃不完，最近要搬离maryland了，所
以我正把它们晒干，做蚝豉。

federal tax treaties"，所以按理说联邦税可能不能返还。
但是我看有些学校网站的意思，你住在DC，因为某些DC/VA/MD的三方协议，可以向DC报
税，而把联邦税讨回来。
不知道，理解的对不对？详细怎么操作的？ |

而且我也说了嘛，允许离婚的前提是 承认婚姻合法。 当然这个前提是更多人希望得到的。
在外州结婚的MD认可。也就是说MD会把这样的人作为married看待。但MD自己还不能issue same-
sex marriage吧，取决于11月公投呢。 |

现在是有四年前失效的arizona驾照，有效的中国驾照及有效翻译件，现在买二手车的
话是不是有两种办法：
付钱以前，车必须做inspection,
如果卖家不愿意去MVA，
1. 付钱后，卖家把车开到我家，卸去车牌。
2. 我买insurance，但是车还不能使用，需要另外想办法去MVA办title和registration
。不知道车子不开到MVA能不能办registration？
如果卖家合作，
1.我使用VIN number 购买insurance，
2.卖家开车跟我一起去MVA，付钱给卖家，买家把车牌卸走，我同时申请title 和
正式的registration。之后，我开车把卖家送回家。
是否如此，请达人指点！ |
