按15%给，高级一点餐馆20%，很高级很高级的25%。特殊服务另算。这是我的个人习惯
，我认为菜价老板说了算，小费顾客说了算，不就是这样吗？
老板实在嫌小费少不赚钱把菜价涨了好了嘛，心疼员工辛苦把服务生工资涨了好了嘛。
不懂老板教育大家给小费是什么逻辑。。。
前不久有个兄弟饭店，去吃饭结帐的时候看见上面小费算好了三档18%多少，20%多少，
25%多少。当时按18%给了，不过心里很不爽，觉得这个餐馆还没有那么高档，不应该给
到15%以上。因此后来再也没去过，再过不久顺路买面包的时候看见兄弟餐馆倒闭了。
我就想，是不是大家都烦他们把小费写单子上，还那么高标准，所以集体抗议，最后搞
得生意没得做倒闭了？
其实餐馆老板应该想想，小费重要还是生意重要，为了10%还是20%的小费跟顾客计较，

The Martian两年前就闻名，因为小说作者Andy Weir到我们这里来做了个讲座，我还问
了他一个问题。后来有科幻圈的朋友说在Youtube上看到我了，原来我那个问题也被拍
下放在讲座视频里了。给那视频制作字幕的人好贴心，还悄悄纠正了我的语法错误，呵
呵。那时对Andy Weir就很佩服，真正的牛人可以这么云淡风清，不卑不亢。印象最深
的是他还演示了他自己写的一个程序，模拟太阳系里地球、火星和飞船的运行轨迹，以
助确定故事里的时间线，哪天应该发生什么事情。
前个月看完电影后，感觉很赞。典型的解决问题类型的硬科幻，一个又一个冒出来难题
，被主角配角们用科学知识逐一解决。片子三观很正，从头到尾一股子浩然正气。主角
的顽强生命力（简直如同小强），天上地下各方联手救援的努力，令人动容。主角表现
出来的幽默和乐观，让整个片子充满正能量。
后来又听了电影作曲人Harry Gregson-Williams的讲座。他讲解演示怎样用音乐来烘托
铺垫引导电影的气氛。在《火星救援》里有很多很多段音乐。表现主角顽皮幽默的玩笑

问题是果果还给了你一个东西叫camera kit
这下好了，因为这玩意儿不通过itune，结果时不时就会出现thumbnail的问题
比如
1。图片thumbnail压根不显示，显示是一个图标
2。图片thumbnail不显示，显示一个黑框
3。corrupted thumbnail，就是显示一半，另外一半黑
4。完全错误的thumbnail，用别的图片，甚至已经删除图片的thumbnail作为另外
图片的thumbnail
5。点thumbnail，不显示大图，而是把thumbnail强行放大到全屏给你看
我后来无聊研究了一下（用ifile看folder结构）

Martian surface的地貌，有很多和地球上很相似的。 10年前pathfinder的
那张照片跟夏威夷big island上的很多地方就很一样。而有的地貌，又跟干涸的
河道类似，表明曾经有过流动的液体，水。
火星上的矿物成分，也有很多类似地球矿物之处。很多矿物的形成，按照
地球上矿物的理论，是必须有河流，湖泊的存在才有可能的，这也是大家越来越相信
以前的火星曾经是个有水的星球的主要论据之一。
但是最近的欧洲的Mar Express载个雷达，左看右看上看下看，没那么多地下水
地下湖，地下海的。大家于是又开始猜，以前是有水，但是存在时间相对短暂，
大部分时间火星还该是一个很干的星球，或许，一次或者几次大规模的陨石撞击，
CO2全跑了，H2O全跑到大气里了。。。行星科学最大的乐趣就是我猜我猜我猜猜猜...

Explanation: Black spots have been discovered on Mars that are so dark that
nothing inside can be seen. Quite possibly, the spots are entrances to deep
underground caves capable of protecting Martian life, were it to exist. The

近日，在《死侍》、《X战警》（X-Men）系列电影、《火星救援》（The Martian）以及动画片《星球大战：反叛军》（Star Wars: Rebels）中担任制作人的西蒙·金伯格，也透露了《死侍2》的筹备进度。
“《死侍》的两位编剧略特·里斯和保罗·韦尼克正在创作剧本，”西蒙·金伯格表示：“我们希望能尽快完成剧本，虽然具体的时间还没有确定，不过我们希望能在明年初就开拍。”
此前，福斯公司已经为《X战警》系列电影预留了2018年的两个档期——3月2日和6月29日。在外媒看来，如果《死侍2》真能在明年初开拍，那么该片的上映时间，很可能将锁定在2018年3月2日。
跟第一部一样，《死侍2》仍将由蒂姆·米勒担任导演，瑞恩·雷诺兹也将继续担任主演。
