most of the smell actually comes not from Landfill, but from the marshland
and sea salt ponds in the bay. the landfill only smells if something is
broken in the facility.
the marshland and pond smells are worse than the landfill, but there can be
smelled anywhere around the bay, I have sensed these same smell in bayland

It is mainly from the sewage processing plant.
It is a bad odor. You can tell it from salt water smell from the
marshland and the pond. That is not the same thing.

我开车上84的话，是从union city blvd，转paseo padre pwky, 到84。好像自行车上
桥是走marshlands rd, 我还没去过呢。主要是union city blvd段的bike lane特窄，
我有点儿害怕。 |

Speed 15.0mi/h.
The part of Marshlands Rd before Dumbarton Bridge seems very bad for road
bikes and I have to ride very slowly there. Otherwise it's very nice riding.

事情从昨天开始。
Va的duck season就快结束了。今年早就买了1 dozen decoy,但是一直还没真正去打。于
是选择了chickhominy river， 一个tidal river去看看,注意，是tidal。这地方开车本
来将近两个小时，因为修路封了一端， 要detour， 多绕了10miles。到了地方， 发现没
白来，成片成片的marsh land, 经常见到duck飞过， 于是选择地方下decoy, 可是河上不
好固定， 总是漂走。发现里面金黄的的marshland不错， 正好我的是square stern
canoe（discovery sport 15, 3.5 hp outboard), 发挥一下轻便的有点， marsh里面水
很浅，不过可以撑进去。 |
