发帖数: 2972 | 8 是这样. LISTING PRICE只反映SELLER的期望价值. 最终成交价格才反应市场价值(1个
月滞后). 市场在大涨或大跌的时候,只有每周递OFFER才能把握大概是市场价格(多少
OFFER, WINNING OFFER的大概区间).
另外我对半岛市场不熟,不能发表意见. 如果问问东湾,我倒可以说说我的意见(前提是
和我客户没利益冲突).
另外,每个房子都不一样,每个SELLER/BUYER也都不同. 同一个小区里的房子,即使大小
一样,但LOT大小/小区内位置/装修/LAYOUT的不同也会导致价格上很大的差别. 有的地
方,一条街的2侧就属于2个不同的学校,导致价格上有很大的差异. 如CASTRO VALLEY有
HEYER AVE的北面大部分是PROCTOR(好学校)而南面就是MARSH ELL(虽不是烂校,但比
PROCTOR差很多).

一般多少钱算是比较便宜的？它比Home Depot卖的Bruce Plano Marsh同样尺寸规格的
oak地板好很多吗（Home Depot这个网上只说是oak，没说是red oak，去店里有人跟我
说是red oak的）？
Contractor给的报价，包工包料（用Bruce Manchester地板），包括拆除现有地毯，每
尺5.85。不包地板（但是包其它料，比如shoe molding），价钱是每尺1.95。这个价钱
算合适的吗？我们在北维。

发帖数: 560 | 10 我们铺楼下地板的时候就是在wood floor plus买的地板，但是wood floor plus没有
Bruce natural的实木地板，没法跟contractor给的价钱比较。我们铺楼下地板的时候
买的是Premium Hardwood Flooring出的Rock Hill系列natural色red oak地板，3.55一
平尺，不知道这个和contractor推荐的Bruce Manchester系列谁好谁坏。在wood floor
plus我找到的唯一两种Bruce的实木地板是Fulton系列fawn色和gunstock色的，都是卖
2.99一平尺。
从图片上看感觉Home Depot卖的Bruce Plano Marsh的颜色介于fawn和gunstock之间，
但是我在网上看到有人说Bruce Plano质量不太好，仅仅是#2 Common。 |

发帖数: 1259 | 16 打电话给ob，他们会根据你的情况预约时间。一般孕前三个月已经吃prenatal了，不过
我问过ob，她说孕前和孕后好像不是很一样，孕后含DHA什么的。可以自己去买，也可
以让医生开，cvs，marsh这种地方都有免费的，prenatal里面含铁，如果吃了后有严重
便秘情况，可以让医生开一种加了软化剂的，或者医生会给些其他建议，或者多吃富含
纤维的蔬菜水果。不要吃螃蟹，果丹皮之类的，可以查查。尽量少用美白抗皱的护肤品
，咖啡戒掉。
其他，可以多来版上看看啊，或者自己看些孕产期的书籍，bless ! |

傍晚在Dyke Marsh跑步，天雨泥泞没人，跑上木栈桥的时候突然脚下扑通一声
巨响，还以为是受惊的水鸟，一看好家伙，入水的是条大蜥蜴形状的黑色的东西
脑袋顶露在水面上游，身长估计至少有一米，露在水面上的部分比蛇要宽。顺
之字形慢慢又靠回下游岸边。再走回看它惊起前栖息地，是块一米见方的小水湾。
从长度看不象河狸，能是什么动物呢？？？ |
