网找没准很容易遇故知的。doug我来美国还没有
见过你呢，虽然才1小时，但常常错过。这次没准纠集一些人能来个小reunion呢。
我以前没有去过，有一事请教，女生做talk时都穿什么？在美国我只听过的正式talk
只有一个是女的做的，那是我们系唯一一个女（副）教授。她穿黑色西服套装（长裤），
里面是尖领的雪白衬衫。是不是太正式了？是不是学生去march meeting 可以穿得很
随便？再说我没有西服套装或套裙。 |

是凝聚态。今年除了一，二，七，十二月没有会议，其他每个月一次不同主题的会在不
同的地方，例如有texas 和ny section.
兰大的物理过去还不错，但和现在全国物理水平比，基本处于微弱优势。
兰大出来的，相当一部分去做biophysics 乐，所以这次见不到也正常。
还有一种可能是兰大灌水的比较少，看不到lzu版的帖子。 |

另外，当年从自动化转到物理的Tan Shina做的工作也热了，March meeting上居然D S
Jin有两个学生做实验follow他的计算，其中有一个更是主要验证他的工作，Jin可是可
能拿诺奖的人物。另外，澳洲的Vale也在做和Tan结果相关的实验。 |

每年三月的march madness是大学篮球比赛的盛事，NCAA一直都有各种相关活动进行。
但现在NCAA版主空缺，今年的活动无人组织，也无法动用版面金库进行奖励。现在我们
自发组织活动，原定由参加者缴纳报名费来对优胜者进行奖励。如果站方能提供活动经
