at Manresa

me if you want (I'll drive from Sunnyvale, have roof rack) . We'll split gas
. 5 empty seats available now.
I am at beginner level. have board/wetsuit. (so prefer not to stop for
rental).
B.T.W. It may sound like I know what I am doing. But I really just surfed a
dozen of times.

多谢给发的信，不过现在主要因素是时间，什么时候有空就什么时候过去，
另外我就靠同事，他说啥时候好，哪里好，我们就去哪里
今天去manresa, 开始很不错， catch 到很多小的浪，我的板子据说nose riding 性能
很好，
确实在这种小浪的情况下，踩在中间， 板子放平， 可以跑很远。
今天有浪大的时候，但是manresa 的大浪都很密， paddle 不过去， 而且浪很长，沿
海岸展开，
没有空隙可以游进去，只能眼睁睁地看着浪在眼前5米的地方不断break, 就是游不过去。
而且这里的浪很快break, 不像pleasure point, 浪形成一个edge 后可以往前推很远很远 |

surf, but seems 99% of people there surf better than me, and considering
limited breaking area and the crowds factor, It's a bit out of my league.
I will probably go surf at manresa this sunday. you are welcome to join me. |

现在信息有点矛盾，我用的两个surf report说是poor－faire。
等周五在看看预报。不过感觉manresa 有点远，当然没去过去玩玩也不错。

Manresa may not satisfy you. They suit my level better. |

估计在加州大片沙地的地方不多。都是悬崖和海相连，悬崖间有点沙地。
以后去Manresa Beach看看，看地图上都是沙地。 |

manresa beach它提到是sand bottom. |

发帖数: 4965 | 14 没有啦， cowell's 基本没有white water, 都是很整齐的2--3ft 的浪， 好的时候有
5ft,
white water 在比较大的地方比如pleasure point, Manresa 才有足够的推动力 |
