mean it won't change to malignancy. with nipple retraction and skin
involvement, that sounds very suspicious. this needs a core biopsy to get
tissue diagnosis. Mammogram is needed not for this lesion, but for
coexisting lesions and the contralateral breast, presumably she never had
one done.
for this mass, no matter what the mammogram shows, you still need tissue
diagnosis, and core biopsy seems the best way to go. fin |

可以换医生以示抗议, 或是找billing office 讨论减免或是分期付款,
并且以后多防着点,
不过欧八马care马上要全面生效以后, 这个很难防,
这种事情发生的逻辑如下,
医生在看诊的时候, 会执行他认为需要的治疗或是检查,
并不会管保险账单或是charge code的问题,
很多时候, 医生的账单业务也是外包, 所以医生也管不到保险公司怎么收钱,
问前台小姐和护士多半也是一问三不知,
受到欧八马care的影响, 现在私人公司都转成高扣除额的保险,
一般一年会提供一次的全身健康检查,理论上不用付钱,
但是根据医生charge code 的不同,只要变成治疗或是诊断,
马上就变成扣除额了
自己听来的实例如下
1) 免费健康检查进行中, 医生说做个EKG存个档备个案,
EKG是医疗检查诊断行为, 免费健康检查不包括, 自付扣除额八十,
EKG结果显示可能不正常, 医生建议做Echocardiogram厘清结果,
自付扣除额400, 一句存个档备个案, 五百就没了
