Regarding the RCG part, I think Intel really values loyalty, which is why they like to hire RCG. Of course the side effect of that is RCGs are more malleable and compliant (no one has confirmed my opinion yet) |

话说前两天跟医学院招生的人聊，有人问了，为啥医学院这么歧视大龄生(non-
traditional student)？招生的答说，因为年纪大的学生经常都不够malleable。医学
院就是个军队系统，新兵蛋子进去总是要被蹂躏地，everyone is going to abuse you
，那老家伙们被蹂躏就承受不了啦。我心想这不就是老刀一直喊的CMG要绝对服从么。
那人又再问了，何为abuse？答曰，比如没有准备的问你问题一直到你答不上来然后骂
你蠢，或者挑你操作的毛病然后骂你笨。你们大龄生都有家有仔工作中手下还带一帮人
，能受得了这个气嘛？
所以我想不管是考校还是考板的大龄生，其实最需要过去的坎就是要能被蹂躏，要能象
个初中生一样挨训。如果申请上医学院之前太顺了，也许反而不利于申请，因为锐气和
张狂并不是医学院所喜欢的。一个医学生一直到做完residency前都是不可以挑战上级
的。其实这是和PhD正好相反的，因为有太多PhD敢于挑战导师和权威，坚持自己的学术
观点最后证明自己是对的例子。我觉得自己很大的问题就是P |
