basically we are talking about couple different psych diagnosis here:
(1） somatoform disorder: conversion disorder is one of those. It is defined
as 'one or more symptoms or deficit affecting voluntary motor or sensory
function that suggest neurological or general medial conditions', so
something like 'peudoseizure' will qualify for it. Note that the symptom is

在美国，专科医生可以对自己的病人写出自己的opinion并share给病人的家庭医生。其
中，malingering，或者hypochondria是valid opinion之一。尤其是疼痛的诊断及治疗
，是highly subjective，就是说是不是痛，以及到底多痛，这世界上只有患者一个人
清楚，如果没有病理学的佐证及体征的corroboration ，临床医生完全有权作出
hypochondria的诊断。
你现在想证明的是对方的诊疗意见有racial discrimination，你需要：
第一步：证明对方在诊疗过程中有错误，需要找到一个合格专家，根据你当时的症状以
及体征、实验室检查，可以上庭作证对方这样的opinion是below standard of care
第二部：其次需要证明racial discrimination是对方这种错误的原因
第三部：证明你由于这个racial discrimination受到了经济上的损失以及精神上的损失
你现在能够做的，就是首先找到另一名合格专家，至少证明第一步，第一步证明以后：

Just done my exam at ATLANTA with 23 AMGs this Monday. Not quite successful
and hopefully can pass by bordenline.
Done Step1 last Sep and CK this April [both with avg scores]. Two full
months for CS.Focusing on FA 44 cases and mini cases. Did UW during last 2
weeks. Have 3 fixed partners from the beginning, very lucky!!!
No onsite workshop but online tutoring only by Dr Gold [5 hrs each x 4 study

居东北的中年Caucasion, 有板有眼沉着冷静地讲述他的AIP symptoms, 相当经典的症
状，弄得PGY-2给开了各种lab test, 那几天大伙儿都努力学习AIP，还各种猜测final
Dx. 过了3天，pt终于说出腹痛严重，要求给drug。后来未等urine porphyrin结果出来
，拿到药直接走人了。到最后也不明真假，但肯定一点就是abuse medical fatality.
自从上周冰冻切片给个melanoma case (the ENT surgeon sent 20+ margins within
2hrs, together with another ENT big case that sent 10+ margins) abuse之后，
不得不对“medical abuse”一词严重鄙视。 |
