我去年圣诞节前买的房子，才开始折腾这些厨房小家电，cookware之类的东西。一个月
之内花几千刀把它们基本都给配齐了。
不过好多都还没有拆封。比如还有个breville juicer,还没有打开包装。
你说的是哪一款breville juicer不好清洗？如果是我这个还没有拆封的这一款，那我
就不打开了，直接送给亲戚。
我觉得我也是厨具控:-) 还是餐具控，crystal控:-))

我认为最好的就是最简单的.Mocha/Cappucino刚发明的时候没有
DeLonghi给造maker.我买了个非常便宜而且小巧的stove top
espresso maker.效果非常好.如果做Cappucino就再配个milk
frothier.我没有买,不过我用温牛奶做冒牌Cafe latte非常
成功.如果一人用买个1cup的,两人可以考虑3 cup的就可以拉. |

票有多个MM。从几年前开始交易报价decimalization,spread变小，高频交易出现，已
经发生质变，以后传统意义的market maker有消失的趋势，为GS这样的高频MM取代。
GS一级别的公司基本都做高频，就就是Market Making. 还有其他势头大小不一的公司，势头

market maker可以有两种意义，一种是做市商估计就是lz说的”money maker“，还有
一种就是民间传闻但谁也没见过的据说可以操纵市场、不断搂钱的机构和个人。
fund就是fund，主要分为hedge fund和mutual fund，主要区别方式在于投资目标、以
及对风险承受度的不同，而且面对的客户也不一样。其他的大资金机构还包括各种
pension funds，sovereign wealth funds, endowment funds, 各大保险公司，和财富
管理公司。
做市商远不止几个人，（在远古时代的股票交易所里面，真正控制market making
activities的机构和人就那么几个）现在不仅大银行有自己的黑池，各大交易所有自己
的黑池，各大brokers有自己的黑池，理论上说，某些high frequency trading shops
也算是做市商，提供流动性。 |
