德：同情難民 民意不應被過渡消費 邊境管制符合《申根公約》
德國內政部長德梅齊埃（Thomas de Maiziere）13日傍晚舉行記者會表示，德國政府決
定引進邊界管制，首先將從德國和奧地利邊境開始實行。
德梅齊埃表示，這項邊境管制是暫時性的，但根據歐盟規，難民不能夠選擇他們想要前
往的目的地，必須在抵達的第一個國家人申請庇護。他呼籲，歐盟其他國家應在這一波
難民和移民危機中盡更多心力。
在德國政府正式宣布採取邊境管制前，奧地利前往德國的火車已在13日稍早停駛。
歐盟各國內政部長將在14日召開臨時緊急會議，研商難民危機。

，但在1天中有多達1萬2200名尋求庇護的難民湧入之後，慕尼黑已經達到收容的極限。
