. 说
是approved and mailed out notice. 那这个notice 和 EAD是不是一码事啊， 为什么
EAD没说 mail out, notice 说mailout 了。那大概多久能收到。 并且这种情况下，
能不能
工作了，notice 也在途中了，是不是非要拿到手不可。谢谢啦。 |

先总结我这个case的不可能之处。
1.一开始公司不同意办
2.本人工资达不到LCA标准，还差不少。
3.本来OPT 10月底过期，时间还算充分，但后来10月1号我身份成了H4.
4.公司不愿加1000刀办PP，（意味着我要等4个月approve后才能回去上班）
但是后来这些困难都没费力就解决了，只是时间拉的有点长，但总之对我来说这是一个
奇迹，先来说说我的情况，accounting maijor，2009年8月底毕业，10月底OPT生效，
一月份做了volunteer暂保身份，四月份老公递交H1B,我自认为找不到工作了，因为
volunteer工作也快结束了，自愿被老公转成H4（如批准就10月1生效）。结果四月中旬
拿到offer并上班，被老公取笑说，你这只是个临时工，公司倒是很大，但近几年没办
过H1B,所以也不问我是否需要sponsor，结果就稀里糊涂先上班了。两个月后我提出需
要H1B,遭拒绝，说公司无此政策。我manager好人啊，坚持要我，与公司上... 阅读全帖 |
