间时间是有严格定位的，
客人入住前，必须结束打扫；
客人离开后，开始打扫。
如果不确定客人有没有退房，同时房间上没有贴出请勿打扰这个牌子的，一般说来，不
能进入的，实在是过了退房时间上午11点到12点的，要先敲门，浴室里的冲水声音，除
非是聋子，正常人都会听得到。
从案发时间和案发期间的洗浴行为来看，这个时间段和maid工作时没有交叉。
不要说这么高级的酒店里，就连motel， maid都是手里有一份已退的invoice，按照那
个门号顺序清理的，高级酒店的管理操作比motel要严密的多，首先那层楼必须有特殊
的电子卡才能拨动电梯的信号，其次，那个层的maid和其他层的maid不是同一个级别也
不归同一个部门管辖，是有专门人员清理的。
高级酒店的高级房间里的高级设备，需要有一定技能的工作人员辅助，绝对不是老墨大

首先说一下签证地点，这是很多人都关心的问题。距离克利夫兰有两个签证地点，一个
在底特律，一个在Buffalo，车程都是3个小时。但是，因为对外开放时间都是早8:30到
11:00，所以只能选择一早出发，或者在当地留宿一宿，次日再去签证。我最终选择了
去底特律签证，原因有三：一是因为我没有去过底特律，毕竟汽车城的名声远播，想顺
路去看一看；二是因为Buffalo虽然有Niagara Falls，但是绝大部分的景色要从加拿大
那边才能欣赏到，所以既然已经决定去加拿大，就没有必要再在Buffalo耽误时间了，
另外，在Buffalo签证过关的人比较多，相比之下底特律的办事效率会快一些；第三，

我经常问她在幼儿园，经常和哪个小朋友一起玩，谁是她的friend？她有时会说不同的
名字，有时就说我没有friend,或者妈妈是我的朋友。老师说她和小朋友玩的还行，但
是明显没有一个consistent的friend。

很多无耻之人制造的谣言的污蔑。恩格斯在《在马克思墓前的讲话》里就指出“正因为
这样，所以马克思是当代最遭嫉恨和最受诬蔑的人。各国政府——无论专制政府或共和
政府，都驱逐他；资产者——无论保守派或极端民主派---都竞相诽谤他，诅咒他。他
对这一切毫不在意，把它们当作蛛丝一样轻轻拂去，只是在万不得已时才给以回敬。”
早在马克思发表《资本论》第一卷之后不久，就有“学者”在某报上发表文章，声称马
克思在这部著作里的一些引文是修改了原文的。由于此指控直接关系到学术声誉，马克
思不得不“给以回敬”，很快就在报上发文以事实予以反驳，揭露了故意修改原文的恰
恰是该“学者”自己。按照恩格斯的说法，这次反驳的结果是此后再也没有人质疑马克
思在作品中的引用了。
马克思活着的时候，遇到“万不得已”的谣言攻击，能够自己“予以回敬”。马克思去
世之后，恩格斯还在世期间，出现“万不得已”的谣言攻击时，恩格斯也还能替马克思
予以回敬。等到这两位伟人都去世了，谣言家们以为再也没有人能够代替他们予以回敬
