发帖数: 73 | 7 网上查了一下让mil-spec ar15 变成NY compliant 的一些方法，总的来说就两点，要
么变成不再是semiauto，要么变成不能accept removable magzine：
1. Tier5 MBC：semiauto变manual
2. Armaglock/patriot magzine release：要把upper和lower分开才能release
magzine
3. Towle fixed magazine system：去掉magzine release button的功能，要unscrew
才能把magzine拆下来
但是看了一些网上的评论，有人说这些都没有被官方承认；要人说这些都不是
permenant modification，不能算；有人说这个要等到第一个官司出现之后才能知道官
方的态度。不知道纽约的同志们都是什么意见，或者你们都是怎么做的。多谢！ |

My coworker told me that if you buy 90% lower (which means you need used
machinery to finish the rest 10% yourself only), and you don't need go
through registration and FFL for the lower receiver -- which is proved
through Calfornia court (according him, more can be found in calguns.com).
All said, you still need to comply to legal California AR 15:
- 10 round magzine
- off-list lower receiver

正式的论文上必须引用，而且对什么是citation，什么是quotation
都有严格的定义和标志。
在一般的科普文章上，包括很多科技杂志（magzine）里面都是
没有list of citations的，这种文章一般不标志引用，除非是
整段完全原话。因为要把citation的全部内容（文章标题，作者，
出版物/社，年代，刊号等等）都在引用处给出来实在是太拖沓，
也太占篇幅。你就给个（zhao，1998）没有index等于啥都没说。

俺只知道semi-automatic的AR15装上合法的加速器配大弹夹就能象机枪一样横扫，这样

1，她一直想离开，fox 给了 20M，她其实心里嫌少。
2，NBC 给了她 很大一个平台，她回归 daytime news，（当初在 fox，她干这个不错
）；还让她搞了个 sunday news magzine，要对抗 CBS sunday 60 minutes。因为这个
，她晚上可以回家 ：“带” 孩子。
我觉得这个move 对她，和对 fox 都是好结果。
晚间节目，主持人一般要有立场现，节目才会受看，因为晚上看的观众当然要找 自己
“舒服”的看；mygen 一直适合 做 journalist，不适合 做 commentator，她回到
daytime news 报道，是适合她 的能力。她依墙的 作风不适合晚间 节目 ！
fox 也可以 重新调整 整容，未来四年 看好 foxnews 快速增长，因为白宫的新主人

... You can, of course choose to ignore it , but a lot of potential house
buyers would reference it to certain degree at least.
True, once you have made the commitment to buy a house, you are less likely
to move because your school ranking dropped. But for young couples who work
in Manhattan, trying to decide on where to move to, school is probabaly on
the top of their list of things to consider. |
