发帖数: 22764 | 2 今晚特意去试了试高坝长绳放鱼大法，没有合适的绳子，用后院绑菜架的绳子双起来
临时试用，现总结如下：
此方法看似容易，其实颇有难度。由于坝顶离水面约十米，可操作的角度很小，且力
量难以及远。可爱皮求生欲望太低。把桶倾斜到桶沿与水面接触，仍然不往外逃。甚
至把桶内装满水，桶顶与水面平齐，仍然不往外游。只能在装很少水的情况下，在桶
底与水面接触之际猛然用力斜拉，让小桶翻转，将鱼甩出。请慎用大桶，尤其不要轻
易装满水。装多水后更加难以操作，几乎无法将水倾倒出去。要将满满一桶水拉上来
还是颇费力气的。
另外，试了试扔一条下去，由于鱼在空中会翻转，很难控制入水方向。结果侧拍在水
面，横躺了约十几秒才侧身游开。不知道是否真的不会伤害鱼，但还是以避免为佳。
今晚同时简单测试了一下crappie magnet和trout magnet的效率对比。在一根
线上同时绑上两种饵，crappie magnet在上，白身绿尾；trout magnet在下方
约半米，黑背绿腹。结果两饵上鱼率大致打平，出现好几次一杆双鱼。后来trout
magnet的一根尾巴被咬断，不过只有另一根尾巴的饵仍然上鱼。

钓jigging相比，钓淡水显得多雅致啊。如果海钓jigging是大块吃肉大碗喝酒，淡水钓
crappie就是细品香茗了。最近一直在理论学习，又到某隐士那儿进修了一把，今天决
定自己出去找crappie。
昨晚就和老爸商量好，今天一早就出发。晚上把船，杆，tackle box，wader什么的一
古脑装上车，早上8点上路，8：20到得湖边，8：40放船下水。根据理论，现在cappie
应该在浅水，于是先到湖对岸的一个小cove里。不料crappie不见，yellow perch倒来
捧场，换了几种lure，试了tube，cajun critter， rapala F-5， crappie magnet，
trout magnet，钓来钓去还是yellow perch和bluegill，个头到不小。 突然刮起大风
，索性就起锚挪窝了。沿着湖边转了一圈，由于风大，很难cast，只好开始trolling。

位（传言，有待核实），就只好拿小鱼出气。
Wading过的地方，好久没去了，就想再试一次。到了风水宝地，发现多次春天的河水暴
涨，已将水面水底的结构都改变了。水很清，太阳很大。随便抛了几次，果然没任何动
静。就来到Wading处。水流比秋天时稍疾，深处及股，颇有些压力。
Magnet 1/64oz 的Jig，对小鱼来说还是太大了。到了以前上过不少鱼的倒树，横甩竖
甩，硬是没动静！看来鱼不在。继续走下去，在另一个倒树下，上了一条8“的小嘴。
然后就是这条小鱼，3”不到。拉回来感觉很轻，象是挂了片树叶。拉出来一看，居然
是正口。这鱼嘴，勉强能让Jig钩通过，可能是Crappie Magnet能钓上的最小的鱼了 ：）
然没动静。我悻悻地继续往回走，马上就要回到岸上了。途经最后一段倒木。这个地方
，刚才也甩过几竿，有小鱼骚扰小饵。这回甩的是大的Grub，结果一下去就有咬口！马
上Set Hook，小St Croix杆收线慢，半天没动静，但能感拉住了鱼。很久，才拉出条14

头脑。。。
看着这么些人都在吵来吵去，就没有人去好好算算这个所谓MagR符不符合物理所原理，
看看这个加州理工教授的批判：
人家这数学公司推来推去，算出来这些都make no sense，MagR活着所谓ferritin产生
的牛顿力不足以拉动蛋白后者激活离子通道。
至于GCaMP信号，任何一个做钙离子的实验室都会看到有些细胞，尤其培养状态不佳时
，总有莫名其妙几个细胞就会漏点钙进来。。。没有任何的机制推理就充充claim什么
“magnetogenetic control”，真的太功利了。。。也许清华北大生命科学院的压力太
大，动不动要世界一流，也学结构生物学可以yg这样搞，其他的领域，逼的PI们非得弄
点惊世骇俗的发现，引用江总的话“too simple, sometimes too naive"。。。诚如前
面所说：学风浮夸，好假大空。。。
北有这么狗血谢张鲁的剧情，南有浙大的范氏冯式演义，真热闹啊。。。掩盖了很多严
肃的学术讨论。

发帖数: 911 | 10 作单分子实验的手段有几种. 光镊是其中一种. 另外常用的两种是micropipette和
magnetic trap. 光镊的好处是精度高, 提供的力程大. 坏处是设置比较复杂, 操作
比较不方便. micropipette的好处是力程非常大, 坏处是精度有限. 我最低只能达到
1pN. 此外这个手段的最大好处是机动性特别大. 比如我能拖着DNA在三维空间进行随
意的立体操作, 光镊和magnetic trap这样作困难很大, 所以目前都是作两片玻璃板
中间的实验, 本质上是二维被动的实验. magnetic trap的好处是精度极高, 坏处是力程
有限, 最高就是二三十pN的样子. 不过magnetic trap相比较其它二种办法的最大优势是
它提供的是恒力. 其它二种办法限定的一般是位置. 要得到恒力技术上要复杂得多.
protein bind to DNA涉极的力一般在40pN以下, 所以magnetic trap作这个比什么都好.
拉伸染色体涉及的力在几十pN以上, micropipette作这个比什么都方便. 此外因为
micropipette的机动性, 能作点别的办法暂时不 |

Chiles 亚洲人不多。Talbot在北边，学校旁边有高压线。HIDDEN OAK 应该是最好的。
但交通不是太方便。NEWBERRY 经常堵车。还有公立的WILES 和 私立的OAK HALL 也不
错.
Gainesville好住的地方应该在75号高速以西。如果在UF上班，LONGLEAF还是很不错的
。中国人多，设施齐全，安全，KID FRIENDLY, 交通方便。缺点就是小贵。小学上
WILES.
其实在GAINESVILLE, 学区没有那么重要，因为许多中国小朋友都去了WILLIAMS
ELEMENTARY AND LINCOLN MIDDLE MAGNET PROGRAM. 这两个MAGNET PROGRAM 很值得推
荐。不是吹，LINCOLN MIDDLE SCHOOL MAGNET PROGRAM的学生基本上每年都在DOMINATE
佛罗里达州的 OLYMPIC MATH AND CHESS CONTEST。Williams MAGNET PROGRAM 是从二
年级才开始的,IQ 至少要128.

况，给点建议
1） 选择一：学区学校
好处： 方便，省钱，顾虑的地方：首先我们现在的学区学校虽然也不是非常好，但作
为小学我觉得可以了，8分的A school, 可是问题是明年开始可能就不再管我们小区了
，最后决定可能要年底出来，但是这个可能性很大，而且即使明年还管我们，不知道后
年，大后年如何，不想每年都为这个事情操心。被重新划分到的学区学校才4分，听人
说都不怎么的，所以也不敢送
2） 选择二：Magnet学校
大部分的Magnet学校都是抽签，而且学区学生和军人家属优先，所以基本无望，但是
magnet里面还有一个GT program, 有2个学校是有这个program的，其中一个非常好，
但是抽奖概率几乎为零，除非以后考出gifted，另外一个学校分数只有3，如果申请估
计能申请的上，但是学校地理位置在黑人区，所以k的时候班里黑人小孩为主导，学校
说不分班，但是上过的中国人有人说分班，教程还抓得挺紧的，也有一些说现在这个学
校不大好，据说前几年还有过学生拔刀的情况,但是这2个学校都fee... 阅读全帖 |

whole county, those from county are smarter kids and a lot of those will be
admitted to top college like Davidson college, Duke and UNC.
no school is better than gifted and talented program, those schools provide
very challenging program and the student is motivated because they want to

As far as I know, once you are in magnet middle schools such as traivs, it
would be easier to enroll these magnet high schools.
Never heard the quota thing but u have to work hard!!
So the good thing is everyone in DAllAS ISD can try these schools but the
bad thing is you have to study hard! |

生比例有高有低），magnet全HISD地区抽签，扭曲了这个比例和zone区收入的关系，这
就是为什么River Oak EL 有10%左右的ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED， 而West U EL
前几年去掉了magnet program， 只招zone的学生，所以这个比例经过几年下来下降了
很多， 其他一些好学校也陆续缩小magnet招生比例，CONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED 也
随之正在变化。 |

发帖数: 3388 | 39 因为偶这里的CRAPPIE不多不集中，原来钓上CRAPPIE都是钓BASS什么的偶尔钓上，今天
是下定决心钓纯CRAPPIE。
时间：6：30 - 10：00 (钓了两个地方)
用饵：berkley plastic minnow, trout magnet, crappie magnet (钓上CRAPPIE的饵)
其它的：tube, crankbait.....(没钓上CRAPPIE)
(本人不喜欢用真MINNOW，一是嫌贵，二是嫌用起来不爽也)
先是到一个STOCK TROUT的湖里去钓，因为见别人钓过CRAPPIE，现在感觉TROUT没那么
好吃了，LD也不喜欢吃了。很快就用berkley minnow钓上两条，接着又试trout magnet
, crappie magnet钓上三条。不一会儿一只硕大的乌龟居然还攻击笼子里的CRAPPIE，
还好我的笼子是铁笼子，如果是金属扣的，鱼肯定就要被咬死了，这是偶第一次遇到乌
龟还攻击偶的鱼。好大一只，一身成石头色，龟头上都起皱纹了。偶用一根长棍子去赶
它，还居然来STRIKE，力气很大。后来被乌龟搞得没鱼咬了， |

发帖数: 10477 | 40 钓不到大鱼；又不想像大师一样，为了飞钓Striper，被蓝鱼咬掉身上一生钟爱的部位（传言，有待核实），就只好拿小鱼出气。
鲈谷入夏后，水流日益见浅。加之天热，知道常去的点不会有啥鱼了。不过，有一处Wading过的地方，好久没去了，就想再试一次。到了风水宝地，发现多次春天的河水暴涨，已将水面水底的结构都改变了。水很清，太阳很大。随便抛了几次，果然没任何动静。就来到Wading处。水流比秋天时稍疾，深处及股，颇有些压力。
一路以Crappie Magnet，Shad试过去，有小鱼不断要，但没有钩上了。看Crappie Magnet 1/64oz 的Jig，对小鱼来说还是太大了。到了以前上过不少鱼的倒树，横甩竖甩，硬是没动静！看来鱼不在。继续走下去，在另一个倒树下，上了一条8“的小嘴。然后就是这条小鱼，3”不到。拉回来感觉很轻，象是挂了片树叶。拉出来一看，居然是正口。这鱼嘴，勉强能让Jig钩通过，可能是Crappie Magnet能钓上的最小的鱼了 ：）
回来的路上，不甘心，又到倒树处甩，并换上了大一号的Grub，仍用1/64oz Jig。依然没动静。我悻悻地继续往回走，马上就要回到岸上了。... 阅读全帖 |

magnet，我就买了trout magnet，还是lead free的。Trout magnet对yellow perch和
bluegill也很有吸引力。 今天在同一个湖找了个新的crappie窝，钓得还不错，吃水不

游戏的概念还有点意思，属于puzzle，飞机R开炮，hold R发导弹，没有防护罩的时候
会不断发热，过热就爆掉了，挨打也是发热。死掉就重新开始，除了收集的小资源清零
，钻石还是原来数量。
基本就是需要救人，用L探出抓手救人或者拿钻石，需要一定数量的钻石开启boss关
总共只有3个世界，每个世界5关，上来一关打完才开启下面3关，钻石到一定数量开启
boss关，我没有特意收集过钻石，boss关也都开了。
世界里面有水，在水里面可以冷却，挨打/过热都很快恢复，有些土可以打掉，或者用
右摇杆旋转也可以挖掉。小人不要打到需要救的人，有些地方不要让人因为别的原因死
掉，不然资源就少了。后面还有熔岩，烟（遇火/电会爆炸），magnet(?)黑色的沥青装
，熔岩里面会迅速过热，烟里面也会逐渐过热，magnet里面也是，熔岩和水会中和生成
土，magnet和水会生成烟。后面有熔岩装，武器喷熔岩，水装，喷水，可以
抓冰，驱散magnet装，inverter suit（在熔岩里面不死，水里面会死）。
