个颜色都Merge到 nucleus上
另外三个：Green, Red, Cyan；非常非常少的情况能见到用到Magenta的
我都是用我们实验室的显微镜带的软件，别的分析软件不太清楚，估计ImageJ 可以，
感觉ImageJ应该有我们所需求的大部分功能 |

事实上并非红绿蓝能构成基色，黄品红青(yellow,magenta,cyan)也可以
而且用红绿蓝并不能完全模拟人眼所看到的所有颜色，有一部分色域是缺失的

Calibration几个选项调的是全局的色偏，类似于相机菜单里面那个Green/magenta
Blue/Yellow 坐标系，不过那个坐标系只有色偏，而LR里面还附带有饱和度的调节。
