NT$450 Billion is about $14.7 billion.
Five new fab facilities will be built, among Taiwan Semiconductor
Mafacturing Company (TSMC), Powerchip, and Vanguard. In the next two years
in Hsinchu Science Park.
Pres. Chen Shui-bian was invited to break ground yesterday.
