发帖数: 1704 | 21 不知道你的专业背景是啥，不同背景的人对此可能会做出不同的选择。也不清楚你未来
的职业规划是什么，不同的规划可能也会导致不同的选择。个人看法仅供参考了。
首先，HIV的“猴子”模型（自然是Rhesus macaque，而不是Chimpanzee），所使用的
攻击病毒是SIV或者SHIV，并不是真正的HIV，因为种属差异虽然对人确实仍然有潜在感
染性，但是非常弱，和真正的HIV不在一个级别。
其次，凡是接触此类活病毒的试验，必须在BSL/ABSL-3级实验室中进行。遵照SOP进行
操作，其实际风险非常非常低。而药物注射、取血/组织等等可能直接接触感染活体的
操作，都必须由相关专业人士操作完成，估计你没有这个资质认证，所以自然无需担心。
不过，只要有感染源就存在风险，而疏忽大意几乎是人类的通病。目前据我所知确有一
例实验室操作人员因为未遵守操作条例而发生感染的案例，相关医务人员感染的病例就
更多了（不过这个属于不同范畴）。其中的风险利弊，需要你自己去权衡。当然，好比
同样是做同位素实验，有人轻描淡写，有人如临大敌，也看人。 |

领地，历史上是重要的军事基地。但现在是和平时期，直布罗陀岩（The Rock of
Gibraltar）上半部已经设立为自然保护区。这里最有名的生物是一种叫Barbary
macaque的猕猴。
