商务头等舱的话先在UA上查好用里程的航班，如果有，就转点换。不需要在Lufthansa
查，

帮朋友用UA换过汉莎从San Jose到Frankfurt直飞，经济舱票价$1500+, 里程票60K+$
120, 算下来1pt=2.33c，比用UR直接换划算。
所以楼主如果查到的票价大于$1000的话，转UA兑换换算。如果票价小于$1000的话，UR
直接兑换划算（在有CSR的情况下）。

的coach包丢了（当时只是图省事不想随身，因为随身带着电脑包）。本来我打算自认
倒霉算了，因为拿不出任何证据。不过LG一再坚持，就联系了United和Lufthansa。结
果是由Lufthansa负责，好像是因为最后那段是Lufthansa的航班。他们也没有要求任何
证据，就是让我提供收据，幸好收据还在，最后他们就按收据的价格赔偿了。我还挺意
外的，态度还可以，虽然来回还是打了不少电话。 |

Lufthansa office, and the other one inside a storage room after talking with
the staff in the office.
About half of the lobby is filled with suitcases, and there are suitcases
