This a very interesting medical ethical topic. I will give some background
information about this medication, and would like to hear what you guys
think about this.
I don't do retina, so not sure if this doctor is as briliant as described in
his own website. He is not that famous, otherwise as a comprehensive
ophthalmologist I would have heard of his name.

简而言之，国内一般PDT（photo dynamic therapy）
这边现在很多人球内注射avastin/Lucentis（Roche），不过越来越多的人开始用Eylea
（
Regeneron）。Regeneron is now world's number 1 biopharmaceutical company
Lucentis 和 Eylea 都特别贵，Elyea因为后出，临床实验用Lucentis作为对照，临床
效果在统计学上比Lucentis还好。而且Elyea两个月打一次，可以减轻病人不少痛苦。
我印象中，Avastin是治疗肿瘤的药，以前一直off lable用在球内注射 。在中国也有
不少医生在用。不过后来好像是上海还是北京某医院注射avastin后，病人严重感染。
后来就禁止了。
保健品的话，高剂量维生素（icap）可以减缓甚至保持病情稳定
还有，可以尝试一下bilberry （GNC has it） |

treatable (though good diet and sun protection is wise). Acute wet AMD is
VERY treatable, and urgent to do so as soon as possible. I am sure the
injections into the eye of antiVEGF drugs like Avastin or Lucentis are done
in China, which has Western medicine doctors. This can stabilize or improve

额是185亿欧元，而10种药就占了25亿。
这是公共财政的老问题：健康无价，但有成本。《世界报》分析了可报销药数据库Open
Medic的数据，制定了社保机构花费最贵10大药品排行榜。
第一：阿达木单抗(Humira，亦译修美乐)
Biogen制药公司生产，主要医治类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎，每年报销额4.6亿欧
元。
第二：雷珠单抗(Lucentis)
瑞士制药公司诺华(Novartis)生产，每年报销额 3.22亿欧元。医治糖尿病性黄斑水肿

不方便的
内科也有，用来治肿瘤，不过因为avastin是注射药，一般是不给病人的
你最好的办法可能还是联系国内的药物经销商，看他们能不能从印度啥的搞点过来，还
有国内做肿瘤临床试验的可能有
avastin的亲戚，lucentis对新生血管性青光眼也有好处，可能比avastin更好，不过贵
多了，主要用来治新生血管性黄斑退化的，不知道国内有没有
新生血管性青光眼主要还是要靠治疗原发病，降眼压和手术为主，你朋友不要因为这个
avastin啥的耽误的其他治疗，拖的后果狠严重 |

相当于每次治疗只需要1/40或者1/80的剂量，所以和lucentis或者别的药相比便宜非常多 |

射 Lucentis结合光动力质量(PDT)。有一定的效果但不是很明显，请问这个病在美国的
主流治疗方法是什么呢？他为了母亲的这个病都急死了，托我问问这个病在美国怎么治
疗呢？他说国内的那个针一针就要1万多块，但似乎成本很低很低。所以他想了解一下
外国这个病是怎么治疗的呢？
