题居然没人知道！”旁边的人侧目看过来，都以为我有毛病。
电视里正在放”Jeopardy!”。这个节目我以前常看，很长知识，也很轻松。主持Alex
Trebek念了一道题让参赛者猜这个logo
滴滴两声以后，Trebek把答案报了出来：What is London Symphony Orchestra? (LSO,
伦敦交响乐团)。看来古典音乐在这个世界上知道和喜欢的人真的是越来越少了。很遗
憾，也是没有办法的事情。我们这里的唯一的一个古典音乐台前几年也关掉了—先是和
smooth jazz合并,没多久频率就卖掉了，放了流行音乐。
伦敦交响乐团这套最新马勒cycle由首席指挥俄罗斯人杰捷耶夫操刀，用高品质的SACD
发行。我没有SACD机，所以听到的是CD。录音的效果可以用宽广，浓烈来形容。第一乐
章葬礼进行曲和最后一个乐章的表现最为突出。
我比较喜欢纯器乐的马勒交响曲，第五是他的第一部。我领导第一次听到的时候就说：
“这肯定是马勒吧？”哈哈。

favorite melodies”，维也纳的圆舞曲，贝5、贝6、贝9，再就是老柴的几组芭蕾套曲。
当时最爱的是《天鹅湖》，尤其是那段“白天鹅”，独奏小提琴将少女的典雅、窈窕表
现得淋漓尽致，从此我爱上了小提琴。老柴的小协与孟德尔松、老贝、老勃的并称四
大，偶那会听的好象是郑京和/LSO，竭尽甜美温柔，和那掩不住的哀愁。老柴是个悲
观主义者，他个人的同性恋倾向使他倍受压抑，有点神经官能症，有学者考证他并非
死于伤寒，而是自杀—那时他与某贵族(？沙皇)的affair有被揭露的危险。他作品表现
出的哀伤气质，一方面是其本身病态抑郁的反映，另一方面亦是俄罗斯民族性格的表
现--因为他作品的旋律多取自俄罗斯民歌，最有名的便是他弦乐四重奏一号的第二乐
章，也就是那个让托翁感动得哭的“如歌的行板”；“悲怆”里那一声声的无奈叹息，
不正是农奴在生存的重压下发出的么？
接触拉赫玛尼洛夫则很晚—大约是大一吧，在别人那听到Rach 2 ，便听出了俄国味。

发帖数: 2663 | 16 嗯，的确是网卡的问题，intel的82547EI芯片很垃圾。在opensolaris下更慢，即使用
号称fix了LSO bug的snv_b107也还是很慢。一怒之下，把丫的disable了，换上老早一
块broadcom双口卡。这下终于像模像样了。opensolaris 2008.11, raidz1,读写速度在
65～70MB/s（单块~55MB/s), kernel smb service enabled, SMB/CIFS千兆网传输稳定
在21MB/s，和wireless g 的client之间也有3.6MB/s. 对了cpu是pentium m 730@800MHz
，主板是p4c800e deluxe，虽然log里发现网卡有irq sharing，但俺已经很满意了。
这是俺的第一个正儿八经的NAS，下面就要等atom平台出好的chipset了，这个nvidia的
ION很有潜质，不知道什么时候出mini-itx的version。^_^ |

持LSO，速度就在2~3MB/s，连百兆网都不如。那么什么样的网卡才能比较可靠的达到至
少20MB/s速度呢？有经验的大虾讲讲。谢了！ |

SSE gave me 50% gain in speed. On Intel, it is a lot less. |
