近, sammamish也一样啊, 除非是年代久点的房子, 但是不符合俺家猪头的要求. 要说
我们下过三个offer, 一个输掉的就在sammamish, 但是房子和房子离得和highland一样
近. 至于房子内部, 绝对和builder有关啊, 看了DRHorton, CamWest, Lozier,
Burnstead, Buchan, MurryFranlin和其他我没问的, 明显不同.当然价格也不同乐. |

There are 3 Burnstead: Burnstead, Rick Burnstead, and Steve Burnstead. I
believe one of them was in big trouble after 2008 financial meltdown, but
not sure which one (Rick Burnstead if I am mistaken).
Except for the builders you listed below, I think the following ones were
also good: Chaffey, Bennett, and Conner.
However, it seems that Chaffey is gone since their website is no longer
accessible. Not sure what happened. Bankrupt? Bennett doesn't have

the most important. You can check the quality of structure and foundation
only before the builder sheetrock drywall. After the drywall is on, the
remaining items are just cosmetic stuffs. You can spend money to upgrade
and make them look good. But if the structure and foundation have problem,
it will cost you a huge amount to repair and fix. |

看下面的跟贴，我假定你说的是John Buchan。其实，还有另外一个buchan：William
Buchan。当今大seattle地区，William Buchan是当之无愧的#1. 他家的房子default是
10。
话说2008金融危机，John Buchan几乎bye bye，管理不善，摊子铺得太大。好在
William Buchan帮了一把，这就是接手Glencore的200多个lot。他们俩是兄弟，John
Buchan是哥哥。John Buchan现在是他的女儿在管理，据说把以前的GM赶走了，生意当
然也是受到影响。
William Buchan是我见过的如今唯一全用美国人的builder。其他的builder不同程度上
都用老莫。
burnstead其实有三家。爹带两个儿子（Steven和Rick)。据说，爹的质量最好，Rick的
最次。所以也要区别对待。
Camwest未被买之前，房价的水分之大，令人瞠目。他家的质量，照我的inspector的话
